Our late Sunday morning started with a note from reddit user Laurie3040, who indicated that Michael “Fraudit Wrangler” Kiser was transferred from Oklahoma to the Etowah County, Alabama, Jail this morning.

The Etowah County Sheriff’s Office differs from Vine as it claims Kiser was booked at 1:29AM with charges of “ALIAS WRIT OF ARREST SWITCHED / EXPIRED TAG” and lists (as of 11:15AM ET) the YouTube star as having a bond of $255.00.

YouTuber Floyd Wallace reportedly returned to the United States on Friday and is expected to be in Norman, Oklahoma, on Tuesday to face a single count of obstructing an officer, a misdemeanor.
The crime itself is defined as, “Any person who willfully delays or obstructs any public officer in the discharge or attempt to discharge any duty of his or her office, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Nothing in this section shall preclude a person from recording the activity of law enforcement in a public area, as long as the recording activity does not delay or obstruct the law enforcement agent in his or her duties.”
The crime itself is a misdemeanor, punishable of up to 1 year of imprisonment and a fine of $100.00 to $2,000.00.
Wallace stated that he will be accepting a 30-day jail sentence that likely will be reduced to 10-14 days due to overcrowding in the Norman Oklahoma detention center. He did not share what his expected fine will be.
Finally, Jose “Chille” DeCastro has not one, but two court hearings set for Friday. His lawsuit against Kate Peter has two hearings set for the same time on Friday (8:30AM PT), to hear a motion for sanctions and to hold a trial setting conference.
The sanctions hearing is interesting as defendant Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini is asking for new sanctions against DeCastro for failing to properly take part in the discovery process. DeCastro again essentially offered gibberish answers to Pierattini’s discovery inquiries after being ordered by and sanctioned by the Court for failing to take part in the process on multiple occasions.
This time around, there may be some weight to the hearing as Pierattini contends that he was not awarded complete summary judgment by Judge H. Jay Ford III last fall as he could not make a case for the final charge against him being dismissed as DeCastro knowingly and willingly ignored the court’s orders to provide discovery.
DeCastro’s lawyer essentially is stating, “Meh, it doesn’t matter because there’s only one charge left anyway” in response to Pierattini’s lawyer’s charges against his client.
The case could theoretically end with a ruling against DeCastro on Friday, after DeCastro has done everything in his power to drag the suit out over the past two years. The previous jury trial date was replaced by the currently scheduled hearing and has yet to be rescheduled on the court’s docket.
These are all on-going news stories.
