Cerio Still Mum on Sweep the Leg Challenge

With just a little over three weeks until his next court case, “Auditing the USA” Glenn Cerio has yet to respond to the “sweep the leg” challenge issued to him by Discord user 2Shay which is intended to happen at his next court hearing on December 3.

Cerio has always bragged about his ability to “sweep the leg” of police officers and first responders at the scene of traffic accidents or other encounters. Part of his great fame has come from his ability to get reactions from targets of the challenge without having to carry through with the challenge.

The closest he’s come to having to prove his toughness was an encounter with a member of the armed services in 2022 at a post office facility that almost ended in a brawl before it was broken up as someone accepted his challenge to get physical.

After Cerio started to challenge first responders again, now bragging about his ability to “break kneecaps,” he went suspiciously silent when Discord user 2Shay accepted his challenge.

To sweeten the deal, 2Shay added a $1000.00 cash bonus for Cerio should he be successful in “sweeping her leg,” noting that she is several years older than the YouTuber, female, and not an active fighter.

YouTube user JaneDoe6181 sweetened the pot by adding another $500.00 to the challenge, which is intended to happen after Cerio’s next small claims court hearing involving Everett, Washington Crime Scene analyst Erica Bennett.

Cerio claims that he is suing Bennett and the city of Everett for $100,000,000.00 for Bennett issuing a police bulletin several years ago that contained his driver’s license number and social security number. The small claims court has a limit of $10,000.00 in damages for any case. Cerio has yet to file his presumed federal lawsuit for the higher figure.

It is unclear if Cerio will appear in person at his next hearing or if he’ll opt for a ZOOM appearance. His last court appearance was in October, where he unsuccessfully attempted to sue YouTuber Tella Cline for identity theft.

After the hearing, Cerio falsely claimed that Cline was brandishing a weapon outside of the courtroom, which prompted an armed police response that ended without arrests.

Discord user 2Shay, a friend of Cline’s, issued the challenge soon after that incident. Even though she released photos of the money, nothing prompted Cerio to acknowledge the challenge.

We will continue to monitor the on-going drama involving Cerio as his court date approaches.

As Glenn Cerio faces his court hearing on Tuesday in which he’s suing Everett, Washington, crime scene analyst Erica Bennett in small claims court, Cerio also has the decision to make as to a challenge made by Discord user 2Shay.

Glenn Cerio’s favorite person, Tella Cline, released the two 911 phone calls Cerio made to Lynnwood, Washington, police last week to report Cline for apparently brandishing a weapon and “stalking” him.

Long time Discord user 2Shay has reminded activist and first amendment auditor Glenn Cerio that she has accepted his challenge to “sweep her leg” despite Cerio’s lack of acknowledgment of her acceptance.

  1. Let’s face, they are all full of poo. They only take on women, older geretrics or police in the course of their duties. When confronted by anyone else, be it in the fighting ring or in this case. an older women outside court, they run and hide. Hence, always remember, when faced with a bully always get in their face, hoping they will swear at you 😀
Fuck the police = free speech
Fuck you = fighting words, not free speech and are a legal defence for beating the snot out of one or more of these cowards. Soon as people understand the law, the better they can defend themselves.
