On Saturday, YouTuber Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Huneault broke the news story that Carolyn “Carolina in Ft. Worth” Rodriguez was arrested in Fort Worth, Texas, on what he heard was a violation of her bond by failing a drug test.
Rodriguez was indeed booked in the Tarrant County Jail and was listed as being charged with Interfere w/Public Duties and Hinder Proceedings by Disorderly Conditions, two of the charges she is currently on probation for from previous convictions.
Both charges were listed as bond violations and Rodriguez was held over the weekend until she saw a judge and was released on Monday. Conspicuous by their absence was any sign of support from Rodriguez’s fellow auditors, who had previously assembled in the general area last week in support of James “James Freeman” Springer, who was arrested for interfering in a traffic stop.
Rodriguez was released on Monday and immediately addressed her arrest on a livestream from her car with YouTuber Manuel Mata.
The fire haired YouTuber explained that since the incident with Fort Worth Police Officer Matt Krueger that left her hospitalized last year, she’s been experiencing severe migraines that leave her unable to move.
In that incident, Rodriguez was meandering through downtown Fort Worth as bars were closing. She crossed into a crime scene where the police were in the process of towing a car. After failing to engage with an officer who was in the process of towing the vehicle, Rodriguez went further into the crime scene to follow to female police officers.
Unable to get their attention, she began to scream, “Fire! Help!” and other exclamations. She then walked towards Officer Krueger, who had just arrived on the scene. Krueger ordered her to leave the area, she questioned the order and Kruger and the female officer went to detain Rodriguez.
After a brief struggle, Rodriguez went face forward into the concrete, knocking her out and hospitalizing her from her injuries.
Officer Krueger was initially fired from his job for excessive use of force after a review but has since regained his job on appeal.
Rodriguez explained that she did not have insurance and cannot afford to see a doctor or for prescriptions for pain. This left her with over-the-counter solutions that proved unable to combat her migraines.
Instead, she said she regularly relied on others to provide her with “Oxy-something” and Tylenol-3, which are prescription pain medications. She defended the practice of illegally obtaining the medications as they were her only options in fighting the pain she’s been plagued with since the incident.
Because of this, Rodriguez said she failed the drug test that led to her bond violation. The YouTuber assured her fans that her parole officer was aware of her drug usage and was “okay” with it since he understood her circumstances.
She also rallied against the auditing community as no one but Manuel Mata would come forward to help her with bail. She also called out the “trolls” to come back fun of her for being a “druggie.”
By Tuesday morning, Rodriguez had removed the video and all mention of her arrest from her YouTube channel.

JF Rodriguez explained that she did not have insurance and cannot afford to see a doctor or for prescriptions for pain.
If she was injured and then as a result of said injury she had migraines, she would still be covered under the police insurance. This is done to mitigate their damages in the event of a lawsuit. Further, documenting said injuries, ie going to an emergency room for treatment would further bolster her legal case against the police and any damages she might have suffered would be evident.
So, since she has a lawyer, she should know this. Or she is an idiot. Oh and her video, where she confessed to probation violations could send her to the grey bar hotel for an extended period. Like, she could get 90-120 days inside. And if she suffered another migraine then it would be documented by the prison medical staff and thus be helpful in her lawsuit,
It is a given she will get a settlement, not the 100K kind but more in the go away money range. Cops are not supposed to drop people on their heads when arresting them.
