YouTuber and “internet auditor” Glenn Cerio’s plan to sue officers from the Mukilteo, Washington police department over arrests two years ago failed on Monday as all five of his small claims court cases against the officers were thrown out, according to YouTuber and Glenn Cerio expert Tella Cline.
Jose “Chille” DeCastro had a horrible day on Tuesday as his idea to “unionize” first amendment auditors apparently died, his huge return to live streaming was overshadowed by a massive event he was not party to, and, of course, he drew no money to his GoFundMe campaigns.

In a case where the defense has complained about Jose “Chille” DeCastro doing everything possible to delay or obstruct proceedings even after sanctions and warnings by the Judge, DeCastro made the unusual choice not to file an opposition motion required for Friday’s sanctions hearing, delaying the case yet again.
