Jose “Chille” DeCastro was upbeat and a bit threatening in his first livestream on Wednesday after filing his federal defamation lawsuit against Kate Peter, Josh Abrams, and Dale “Lackluster” Hiller.
DeCastro was excited and used over exaggerated fist pumps to show his appreciation to fans during the broadcast as his fans showered him with super chat messages and gifted memberships.
Clearly out of the “brain fog” that he said had hampered his ability to participate in his outstanding lawsuits over the past year, the excited DeCastro waved around a new motion he said had taken him three hours to produce and promised that it would shock and surprise those it was aimed at.
He further backed his stance as he claimed that he was proud of his new suit against Peter, Abrams and Hiller, and that he met with a “super lawyer” in California who gave the lawsuit his seal of approval.
DeCastro received compliments from YouTube personality Patrick J. D’Arcy on Wednesday, a Bonafide lawyer, for tightening up his phrasing in the lawsuit, but also received harsh criticism from D’Arcy for missing key elements of the suit, jumps in logic and formatting issues.
The key flaw pointed out by D’Arcy and other critics comes in the fact that DeCastro alleges that the events happened in a livestream that aired “on or about” June 1, 2022. The lawsuit was filed June 3, 2025, which is outside of the statute of limitations if the events actually occurred on June 1, 2022.
While DeCastro may argue that he actually filed earlier and the paperwork took forever to show up in the system, the fact remains that if the defendants can prove that the statute of limitations has passed before the filing of the lawsuit, the lawsuit is more than likely dead in the water.
With the huge flaw exposed to the world, DeCastro avoided mentioning said flaw as he hyped his lawsuit. He warned that he had devastating material in video form that would expose Peter, Hiller and Abram’s “dirty laundry” if they refused to immediately settle the case.
DeCastro let his audience know that he was withholding the devastating material as he needed to “follow the court’s procedure to give the people a chance to settle” before exposing them with his new video release.
This statement apparently served as the reasoning as to why DeCastro scheduled and canceled a livestream explaining why he was suing the trio on Tuesday, along with releasing a video with a similar title to his main Delete LawZ and Delete LawZ Clips channels Tuesday night before making the video private.
The YouTuber assured his fans that he would punish anyone who harmed him with lawsuits in the future. He also touted his fact that he “won” an unspecified lawsuit last year, and had a ticket overturned in another legal action last year, indicating that his legal battles resulted in actual wins after years of losses.
DeCastro again chose to ignore his on-going legal battle with Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini, who DeCastro is in settlement talks to end his on-going California Superior Court lawsuit related to actions Pierattini supposedly took as an alleged member of Kate Peter’s “Masshole Troll Army.”
Pierattini again indicated that he would not accept DeCastro’s terms on Wednesday. The Washington State based YouTuber added in a public comment on our own ReallyCoolNewsWire Discord form that DeCastro apparently threatened him with inclusion in the new lawsuit should he not accept DeCastro’s demands to dismiss the case.
Observers also noted that DeCastro has made no mention of his Constitution HQ board game or the teaching sessions he promised he would be filming instead of anti-police livestreams.
Presales for the game are no longer featured on DeCastro’s main DeleteLawZ.com page. A click through to the merchandise area reveals that while DeCastro does list the “presale” on his merchandise page, the counter for sales of the game have been stuck at “9999” since updated the listing to its new $89.00 price point last week.
DeCastro also has not provided updates on the financing meetings that he claimed he had set up to fund the $150,000.00 he needed to produce the first printing of the game. This continues the apparent decline in DeCastro’s interest in the game, since his focus now seems to be making money off of his multiple federal lawsuits.
On Wednesday, DeCastro provided an update to his newly filed federal lawsuit against Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman and others related to his conviction and acquittal of obstruction an officer and interference in a traffic stop last year.
He said he had paid $360.00 to a process server to serve all of the defendants in the lawsuit, and all would be served next week. DeCastro then urged his fans to donate to his GoFundMe account, which he managed to pin to the top of his side chat, in order to reimburse him for his expenses.
DeCastro’s promotion of the GoFundMe campaign brought much needed attention to his crowdsourcing efforts.
Wednesday’s crowdsourcing results saw no donations for DeCastro as our own Ongoing Expenses campaign took the title for the day with a $360.00 donation. This was followed by Craig Hendry’s To Support Craig’s work with a $20.00 donation.
After DeCastro’s efforts to promote his campaign Wednesday, he won Thursday’s tally with donations totally $40.00. These were the first donations to his campaign in nearly a week and a direct result of his mention on his livestream.
Lane Myers took second for the day with a $25.00 donation. No other campaigns saw donations for the day.
This is an on-going news story.

Duh”arsey should have complimented chat gpt instead, duh…
He warned that he had devastating material in video form that would expose Peter, Hiller and Abram’s “dirty laundry” if they refused to immediately settle the case.
Yes, so this is now blackmail? Extortion? pay me or else? And since when is evidence in a trial released on video to YT? Or is this only in chilli’s head again?

More threats of extortion
The mere fact that you cannot sue someone for things inside of a lawsuit. If you don’t drop the suit I will sue you for suing me>?? ya, that is not a thing.
Oh and in the filing there was no mention of BB. Nor was BB on that livestream… And best of all, BB has a lawyer this time who will shut chilli down in a heartbeat and get BB out of any mess chilli wants to try. And chilli will still be owing money to BB.
Work hard on that game chilli, all funding might be subject to seizure to pay BB, Just a thought… and lawyers fees too. Oh my, chill’s whole 150K going to pay back BB and his lawyer. All that so called work and the whole amount of money goes to BB and if the game is actually worth money, they could take over ownership for unpaid debts…
LOL
oh the irony of it all…
And he is going to serve Zimmerman. After she signs for service, scratches her head to go, who? she will finally remember who and start to laugh. She will then go down to the office, her old office, she is retired now, and drop off the paperwork to clerk who will hand it to a lawyer who will take care of having the whole thing dismissed. Yes chilli will be in the red for this as well.
Definition of insanity, trying the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.
This goes to show how important having a father would have been to chilli to tell him he is wanted and loved cause this need to constantly seek assurances that he is “somebody” is not going anywhere. Nor is he getting anything from it. The courts are taking his filing fees and he is winning?
Open question, what exactly is he winning, what has he won?
At some point, you have to stop and realise that no one cares, no one who’s attention he craves is paying him the slightest attention and frankly this obsession is not good for his mental health.
Just saying, I expect Kate will ignore him again. He will have her served and think she has been served. Hint, nope. And a clerk will declare her to be in default and then oh right who cares. He has to prove to the judge that his claims are valid, something he has no idea what that means, he has to prove he has been damaged, again something he has to prove to a judge and something he has no idea what to do and lastly, he has to prove they owe him this amount money of outrageous money he wants. (Again something he has to prove to a judge and something he has no idea what to do.)
He could theoretically get damages and be award 1$ So keep those two apart, damage and money.
Oh just for giggles. Assume he wins and he get moneys, he has to collect it from her. How? She is secretly a millionaire?
I feel that I must repeat myself in conclusion. chilli is a man in need of medication. He needs medical help and is self treating it without a clue on what to do. At least, his lawsuits are and remain stubbornly so, a waste of time. But it keeps him home and off the streets at night.
