For those turning in for the latest financial exploits of Lane Myers, Craig Hendry, Long Island Audits or any of the other folks that take part in the crowdfunding campaigns that we follow, well, we don’t have news for you today as there was no movement in the market at all.
Of all the funds we follow, including our own, none of the funds came back with donations for Monday, resulting in a $0.00 balance in our Excel spreadsheet for the day. We call each 0 a goose egg, and since the day had no donations, we had a whole nest of goose eggs facing us for Monday.
This column is produced by human assistant Jim Finch against Jim’s wishes. He hates writing it, but understands that it’s important in the long run to follow the money that auditors are taking in from their fans and because it helps us keep the newspaper going by promoting our own crowdfunding campaign.
The policy has been that if we have seven days of total goose eggs, Jim is set free, and he has the option of ending the column. We’ve come close to that happening before, we’ll probably come close to it again.
The easiest way to continue to torture human assistant Jim Finch, is to throw $5.00 towards our own GoFundMe campaign now and then so he can go get a single item off of McDonald’s “value” menu and refresh himself a bit before having to write this horrible article again.
Details on how to do that will be featured in the voice over that follows. Remember, for every donation we get to the fund, it’s at least another week Jim is forced to write the articles at 3AM ET.
