Jose “Chille” DeCastro went live with a live stream devoted to the case of Jacqueline “Laney” Hudson.
Before the event, DeCastro claimed that he was waiting on Opal Slone, the mother of Hudson, to appear for the live stream. When she did not appear, DeCastro went live with a woman named Morgan Gaul, who lives in the house in front of the accident scene.
Gaul claimed to have heard the accident and then went outside and saw the immediate aftermath of the accident. She stated that she felt officer Jeffery Racer was drunk at the time of the accident and that police took him from the scene immediately after the event, which conflicts with police accounts of the incident. She went on to claim that she was told that Racer was suffering from a form of PTSD after a recent accident involving a child and refused to take time off after the event. Gaul, providing no evidence to support her statements, claimed that Racer was “blown up” in the military and was missing fingers from one of his hands.
DeCastro prodded Gaul into agreeing with his statements on police brutality and reforming the system. Gaul adding that her boyfriend had an altercation with police during in the aftermath of the stop when he left the house to comfort the victim’s family and the police made him return to the house.
Playing an audio apparently taken in the days following Hudson’s death, DeCastro played a statement from Opal Stone and then another from an unidentified woman who claimed to be the mother of one of the teenagers that was out with Hudson on the night of her death. That woman claimed her son told her that the children were drinking and smoking marijuana and were crossing the street on a yellow light when Hudson was struck and killed by the officer.
DeCastro, controversially, played an audio recording of one of the female teenagers who was in the same group without indicating he had parental permission to do so. The child stating that the officer put on his breaks so hard that he ended up swerving into Hudson and killing her. The child said that she personally blacked out after the incident and has no memory of the event until later in the evening.
He concluded the broadcast with another attempt to contact Opal Stone, then read the list of doners to Hudson’s GoFundMe before ending the broadcast. https://gofund.me/eaa02ebb
DeCastro claims to be going live on TikTok later this evening and did not address claims made by Frauditor Reaper during the stream.
