In a new video posted on her YouTube channel, Tella Cline displays the documents involved in Glenn Cerio’s court cases and details the terms of probation.
For the trespassing case with the City of Everett Police Department, Cerio had a six-month deferred prosecution, Cerio has completed his six-month deferral but still has been ordered to stay out of the police department and a local Wal-Mart until May of 2023.
As part of Cerio’s conviction for reckless driving, he is on monitored unsupervised probation until late July of 2023.
Lastly, for his trespassing charges in the city of Mukilteo, Cerio cannot have similar offenses or trespassing cases until May of 2024. If Cerio violates his terms in the Mukilteo case, he faces full charges for the famous trespassing incident from early 2022.
Cerio recently returned from a 9-month absence from the auditing scene, toning down his usual aggressive style and avoiding contact with police.
