Wallace Announces New Warrant

YouTuber and sex tourist Floyd Wallace announced on Wednesday that he had a new warrant for his arrest out of New Mexico for a speeding ticket that he never took care of because he was never given a court date.

Wallace announced on his since deleted Wednesday live stream that his probation officer informed him of the warrant recently but assured Wallace that it should not impact his current probation as it was issued for Wallace before his current plea deal in Texas.

It may, however, impact his possible plea deal in Oklahoma, where he was set to take a plea deal on Tuesday. Instead of taking the deal, Wallace demanded a continuance and was granted it to delay the next trial in the case until November 12.

That case revolved around Wallace’s last First Amendment audit as a representative of Jose “Chille” DeCastro in 2023. Wallace was arrested for obstructing an officer in Normon, Oklahoma, outside of the same lockup that DeCastro associate Jason Dollarhide was then serving time in.

Wallace explained that it was his last continuance in the case and the prosecution was pushing a deal what would see him serve two months in jail. Wallace, who had previously complained about the terms, again threatened to fire his attorney but still has not taken action.

In more troubling news for Wallace, he claimed his landlord had told him that he would need to vacate his apartment at the end of January 2025 as the landlord was not renewing his lease. While troubling, Wallace tried to paint it as an excuse to ditch his final ties to the United States if he returned to overseas traveling.

He then went into a long monologue about how going to the Philippines hurt his Foreign Only channel, as he was flagged by YouTube for producing content while away from the United States. He said he regretted the move, though it was beneficial at the time, because he hasn’t been able to get traction for a resurgence for his channel while in the United States.

In a weird turn, Wallace apologized for being so aggressive towards his fans in the past and regretted actions he took while he was in Brazil and Colombia. He said he would be hiring his editor back and would be putting out content four times a week… if his fans gave him $60.00 for his next trip to Colombia.

Wallace said he wanted to leave by October 26 and would presumably be back by November 12 and had earned nothing towards that goal before launching into a lengthy endorsement of Donald Trump.

Wallace has since privated the video.
