New developments in Pima County, Arizona, on Thursday saw the city prosecutor who is being investigated by police in the Lane Walker case put on paid administrative leave while authorities investigated allegations involving misconduct.
According to a report by Tucson’s 13 News, Tucson City Prosecutor Matthew Walker was placed on paid administrative leave while authorities investigate him for alleged misconduct in the probation revocation case against YouTube influencer Lane Myers.
Walker’s home was recently searched by authorities as part of an investigation into allegations that two of the e-mails purportedly received by Walker’s wife Shannon came from an IP address associated with the Walker’s own house.
The investigation prompted the city attorney Laura Conover to call for an emergency hearing where assistant city attorney Rachel Styles requested Myers be removed from custody and the disposition of Myers’ conviction of probation violations be set aside.
At that hearing, Judge D. Douglas Metcalf ordered Myers to be transferred from state prison to the Pima County Adult Correction facility pending his November 17 hearing on the matter.
Styles is currently seeking the disposition to be set aside and for Myers to return to his original probation conditions. Myers’ attorney, Mark “The Shark” Resnick has agreed that the disposition should be set aside but has also asked that the guilty verdict in the probation revocation hearing also be set aside.
The new developments would bring about an extensive statement from Myers’ unofficial spokesperson, Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray. Myers had been found guilty of having extensive contact with Gray in defiance of a no contact order imposed by Myers’ probation conditions; those conditions were lifted when Myers was ordered to Prison last month.
Gray would largely stick to his position that Myers’ actions in sending a harassing phone call and showing up at the workplace of his victim were entirely legal and blame others for the harassment received by the victim in the case.
Addressing Myers’ decision to take a plea deal, Myers’ spokesperson said:
So people are saying, well he plied, he plied, oh he pled Yeah, I don’t think that people have a a real proper appreciation for when you’re sitting in a cage facing forty six years of your life. uh in prison. Maybe when the prosecutor says to you, Hey, we can get you out next week. No, we got you on this cussy cushy probation. We’ll get you out next week.
You just gotta plead guilty. Go Google how easy it is to convict an innocent man. Google that, read for 20 minutes, and then come back into my comments and tell me your sad story about how Lane Myers took a plea bargain. You fucking fucks. So He takes the plea bargain, he gets out on probation. He uh this whole time Matt and Shannon are emailing and harassing the hell out of uh uh probation. Saying oh this is a violation, this is a violation because he knows he’s sending the goddamn emails, right?

The the the lying Professional victim statements that were prepared by Matt and read by his wife. And Lane gets sentenced to to three years. Now here’s here’s the part where I think I think this is what really happened.
I think that when they sentenced Lane to prison and lost all control over him and they gave him the documents from the violation of probation trial. It was like a thousand you heard you heard him talking about it in the in the video from this morning. If you didn’t you should go listen to that because Wow.
Gray would also boast of a massive $4,000.00 donation made to Myers through a donor named Mike Ravencroft. Ravencroft had previously donated $20.00 towards Myers’ GiveSendGo campaign.
The $4,000.00 donation was not reflected in Myers GiveSendGo account for Friday’s take and may have been sent through other means.
David “Dr. Dave” Coulter won the day with $125.00 in new donations. Myers placed second with $25.00 in new donations to his GiveSendGo account. Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney placed third with $20.00 in new donations to his GiveSendGo account.
