Addressing his livestream crowd of nearly 2,000 viewers in widescreen format on YouTube, SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes celebrated a major victory on Thursday as his previous 70+ year criminal stay away order against a former Connecticut State Trooper was reduced to five years.
Reyes was convicted of trespassing at Fahey’s house based on a 2025 incident, receiving a 90-day suspended sentence, one year of probation, $212.00 in court costs and a criminal stay away order from the family of former Connecticut state trooper Brian Fahey that will end in 2099.
According to Reyes, his attorney successfully argued for the reduction along with the elimination of Fahey’s family members from the protective order:
I don’t know But so the issues before the court today, which you’ll see again, the media was in the courtroom, be on Patreon. But the issues before the court today, and eventually I’ll put it on YouTube. It’s not like it’s never going to come to YouTube. So if you can’t support me, it’ll be here on YouTube. Just hit the like button and share this video if you can. It was the modification of protective orders because my attorney argued that they were illegal.
The protective orders were for Kimberly, Brian, uh their son, adult son again, and their adult daughter, Kylie. Uh and those protective orders were valid until the year 2099. Let me say that again. the protective orders were valid until the year 2099. Um I don’t even so basically for the rest of my life and then some right Um, I’ve never had any contact with Kylie Fahith, his daughter, his wife, Kimberly.
Never once have I ever had any sort of contact with them whatsoever, other than here in court. uh where I’ve seen them and you know Kylie makes some weird faces towards me and things like that. Remember Kylie’s the one who in court said that me knocking on her door gave her she was diagnosed with PTSD. But yet PTSD in that she’s terrified of me and and I haunt her nightmares. But yet she seems to be smiling at me and laughing at me every and shows up to court when she doesn’t need to be here, but she shows up to court.
So we all know that’s BS. She’s a liar just like her father Just plain and simple. They’re all an unhinged family, really. So the judge, the good news is, and then we have bad news, the good news is that the judge did. modify the protective order. So now the protective order is just for Fahey. The protective order just covers Brian Fehey. It no longer covers uh Kimberly Fehey and her their son and their daughter, adults by the way, not minors, adults.
Um and uh that’s it. Oh and the the uh the the term it’s not no it’s no longer a 70 three year protective order. It is a five-year protective order only for Brian Fahy, the criminal, in this, in this case, the real criminal, I should say. And then my attorney also asked because now that I’m on probation, my probation was ordered by the court here.
One year probation, 90 days suspended, so that’s why I’m not in jail. But one year of supervised probation, uh, which Brian Fahy didn’t even get that. He got unsupervised probation for 18 months, uh, but for spitting in my face. But apparently knocking on a door is such a heinous crime that You get one year of supervised probation. So that supervised probation was transferred to Suffolk County, my home county where I reside, on Long Island, New York. And it is currently, which is problematic because LuciVilla, the police unit president, then the South County legislator Nick Carra Kappa, the mobsters, as I call them.
Switching subjects, he blamed his recent YouTube demonetization on Suffolk County Police Benevolent Association President Lou Civello before returning to the Fahey family:
You know, I was already demonetized. You know, how, you know, you’re gonna kick me while I’m down. I was demonetized, would I think, by Lou Civello, think he had a a hand in it, along with the Attorney General of the United States, Todd Blanch, who he’s best friends with.
Um, because again, he was talking Lou Civello, the police union president, the one that unlawfully arrested me and pinched a nerve in my wrist. He was for weeks talking about uh demonetizing First Amendment auditors and then just a couple weeks later YouTube demonetizes all First Amendment auditors including myself. So coincidence?
I think not Um, so he made a great argument. Um, you know, he made a great argument. I I’m gonna I’m gonna save some of the funny details. My attorney’s very good. Uh he’s very funny, and he said that, you know. By the judge’s own logic, if he had like a nativity set, right? Uh a Christian nativity set outside of his house, portraying the birth of Jesus, very clear, clearly a Christian how home.
Would that stop a Jehovah’s Witness from knocking on the door? Because obviously there would be enmity there as the judge would describe, or some sort of animosity maybe, or whatever. But he made great arguments. Again, the video is going to be out here soon on Patreon The judge ultimately denied the stay of probation. So we were asking for the probation to be stayed pending the appeal. Because for those of you who do not know, when you appeal something, it takes a very long time to get an answer.
And my attorney was basically saying, hey, we I think we have a good shot at your ruling being overturned by other judges. And right now, what is the benefit to society for Sean Paul being Mr. Ay is being on Probation when he can simply not be on probation and serve it later if he loses his appeal. It doesn’t affect anything. But the judge did not uh agree so he is refusing to stay my probation.
The judge said that I could travel and do other things, so I will give him credit for that. You know, I and I appreciate that. Um You know, but again, the probation was the probation stay was denied. So where do we go from here? And the protective orders were modified to not include Brian Fahey’s family, only Brian Fahy. I think they took out the part about 100-yard stay away, and they lessened the years from 73, the duration I should say, of the pro protective order from 73 down to five years.
Which, you know, a little more reasonable, right? Um, so I mean at the end and again it doesn’t involve any of his family because I’ve never even done anything to any of his family. Uh but again the probation was that what the stay was denied, the protective order was modified. So going forward, where do we go from here? So now my attorney is going to be filing a motion with the appellate court to stay my probation Now that the trial court, Judge Guinari, the guy who set a private road dead end no turnaround sign, is apparently not a traffic sign and apparently a no trespassing sign.
I’ll never get over that. I’ll just never understand it. Really, I’ll never understand it. Never. Never.
On his probation, he said:
(Their) attorney opposed my probation being stayed. The judge agreed. The judge said that my probation will not be stayed, modified the protective orders. And now going forward we’re going to ask the appellate court for a stay on my probation because we have to ask the trial court first. This is proper procedure. And now we’re going to be asking the appellate court. uh for a stay of my probation pending appeal.
Because why is it important? Because an appeal can take a very long time, as I said before. So before my appeal is heard, I could have served my entire year of probation and then have the conviction reversed and therefore I just lost a year of my life and my freedom was hindered and my First Amendment rights and everything else. was hindered and restricted offer a non-crime that was ultimately reversed. So that’s why I believe a a a stay on my probation is uh necessary because If I win, which I believe I will win, uh, I will already serve the whole probation.
But you know what, probation or not, I’m not gonna be deterred. I’m gonna still use my 14-foot LED billboard truck to protest. to bring awareness to the people across our country, to travel as much as I possibly can, educating law enforcement, educating the people on our constitutional rights, exposing tyranny and corruption wherever I can. And I do that with the help of my Patreons. And I appreciate each and every one of you that have subscribed to my Patreon. Thank you so much. It means absolutely world to me and my family. So again, after we ask the the next step after we ask the court, the appeals court for a stay of my probation is the actual appeal where my attorney, John Schohorn, will write an appeal, appellate brief.
the state will respond and he will write a reply. So, and then the uh a group of I believe it’s uh three judges. A panel of three judges will decide whether they’re going to reverse the condit my conviction or not. I believe that they should, obviously. I believe, you know, because This ruling doesn’t only apply to me, right? So in Connecticut, if this ruling is allowed to stand, if you have a private road, dead end no turnaround sign, and a police officer passes that sign, therefore the police officer would be committing sh criminal trespass.
So what’s good for the goose is good for the gander, right? So I mean I don’t think the courts are going to allow a private road dead end no turnaround sign on a shared driveway to uh you know, be the the standard of a no trespassing no entry sign.
Reyes ended his address to his fans by mentioning his many businesses and making a plug for Attorney Shield, a service for which he’s a part owner.
I’m on probation and I will continue to be on probation for one year and I’ll continue to exercise my rights as I told my probation officer, Officer Carp, that I will continue to exercise my rights peacefully. I will not be deterred. I will not be stopped. Uh, they will not silence me. They will not stop me from exercising my constitutional rights. This is the United States of America. The Constitution reigns supreme. And with all of your help. We can accomplish a lot. Imagine we get a hundred thousand, you know, I know that’s a lot, but a hundred thousand Patreons.
