The collective audience in the anti-auditing part of the First Amendment Auditing community let out a collective “WAH-WAAAAAAH!” Monday afternoon as Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker attempted to get Ohio police to apprehend fellow YouTuber David “Dr. Dave” Coulter on a warrant that had been quashed last week.
The day started with Shade George ‘Audit Them’ Ghanayem releasing documents that he claimed proved that there was a “nationwide warrant” for the arrest of Coulter. Ghanayem has a civil lawsuit against Coulter that spawned a criminal case.
Those screenshots of the documents indeed show that there was a warrant for Coulter’s arrest dated as October 22, 2026.
A box for “Yes, The prosecutor recommends nationwide unless otherwise indicated below:” is checked. Which would indeed classify the warrant as a “nationwide warrant” for Coulter’s arrest.
On Friday, YouTuber Kueker, who has a growing Arrests.org page ((https://florida.arrests.org/Arrests/Zachary_Kueker_58263129/), featuring his mugshots, went live multiple times Friday night acting on the behalf of Ghanayem to try to convince Ohio authorities to enforce said warrant.
As we previously reported, since Kueker largely bungled his conversations with police, he received no help or follow up from the Lake County, Ohio, Sheriff’s Department and the Willoughby Police Department. No action was taken against Coulter based on Kueker’s phone calls.
Over the weekend there were growing calls for Ghanayem to release some sort of proof that there was an “active nationwide warrant” for Coulter. Sock accounts that have been alleged to be tied to Ghanayem have spammed alerts that Coulter was a fugitive, with at least one claiming that he was showing the same pattern as elderly white male mass shooters.
Ghanayem released two documents on Monday, a form showing that a warrant had been issued on October 22, 2026, and a second docket report indicating that there was an active warrant against Coulter.
Kueker, who has hit our reporting and our YouTube livestreams that say his real name with failed privacy complaints, held a livestream on Monday where he again attempted to call Coulter’s local police department and get them to enforce the warrant.
The hairline challenged YouTuber started his video by showing the evidence provided by Ghanayem, consisting of a better version of the warrant form and the second screen shot. He announced it as proof that there was a nationwide active warrant and that Coulter was a fugitive from justice.
Kueker called the Willoughby Police Department, where a dispatcher explained that she could not look up a warrant issued in Cook County, Illinois.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: I’ve got a feeling they’re playing games. I think what’s happening Is they’re looking it up in their local system and they’re not listening to what I’m telling them that it’s a national warrant. That’s where I I missed last time.
I didn’t emphasize that even though I said it, they’re not paying attention or they’re playing games. Or they’re looking in the wrong area. It’s gotta be in their NCIC.
But there’s the active national warrant right there on the screen. You guys can see it. Could be incompetent.
That’s why I called her. Oh, but I’ll get a top rush out for that. Is that Ohio right there?
Happy birthday to Doctor Dave.
Dispatch: Okay, so you’re gonna have to contact Cook County because this is not a warrant for us.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: No, it’s a a resident there.
Dispatch: We can’t we can’t access their warrant. You can’t you have to you have to contact Cook County.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: No no no. It’s in the NCIC. Your resident is there. They’re not gonna drive all the way from Cook County to arrest the guy. It’s an active national warrant. Hello?
Dispatch: I’m here.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: So
Dispatch: You have you have to contact Cook County about the award because I can’t look it up. I can’t. The report number that you gave me, I can’t look it up.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Okay, then I’ll give you something else. What other number can I give you to look it up? Can I give you something else?
Dispatch: We don’t have anything for that person Like what I have no idea what this 26 DV72 the number that you gave me is not a number that we would use.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Let me see make sure I give you the right number here So you have so you have 26 DV7251001?
Dispatch: Right. That’s the number you just gave me.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: I’m looking right at the warrant. It’s an active national warrant. And it says that which means
Dispatch: through Cook County.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Do you guys do you execute national warrants and she hung up? What a bitch. This is what you deal with when you’re dealing with government, by the way.
Kueker would then call the Lake County, Ohio, Sheriff’s Department, where he claimed that the warrant was out of Lake County. The dispatcher said that they would send the information to their warrant department.
He would then call the Willoughby Police Department again, where he demanded to speak to the person in charge.
Lieutenant: I wouldn’t have any information that the case number wouldn’t do me any good because If it’s not a Willoughby warrant, I wouldn’t have any information.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: With the information I have though, I’m sure that you guys can find it perhaps in the NCIC.
Lieutenant: Okay. Why would I be doing that?
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Because the
Lieutenant: not our warrant.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Because the person who is being uh sought after to be put in jail is in your county.
Lieutenant: Okay.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: He’s a resident there. I can give you the address and everything.
Lieutenant: And who are you to this person?
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Um I’m with the uh I’m not the victim, but I’m a friend of the victim. And I’m also I’m also a victim, but it’s it’s not not it has it’s not to do with this warrant, but I’ve been harassed and stalked and so on and so forth by the same person.
Lieutenant: Oh, so you’re just trying to d drop a dime on him to get him in trouble because you’re mad at him?
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Because I’m excuse me?
Lieutenant: I said you’re just trying to drop a dime on him to get him in trouble because you’re mad at him?
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: I’m trying to drop a dime on him because I’m
Lieutenant: Yeah, you’re just trying to tell on somebody to get him arrested. Is that what you’re telling me?
achary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Trying to tell on to get arrested? No, I’m letting you guys know about I’m asking you guys what you do about na uh nationwide active warrants. That’s that’s literally what I’m calling I I don’t need any kind of uh attitude from from professional law enforcement, if you don’t mind.
Lieutenant: I’m curious why a guy so you don’t where are you calling from?
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: It it doesn’t matter where I’m calling from
Lieutenant: Okay.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: There’s a nationwide warrant.
Lieutenant: Why someone who’s not involved in this case is calling on someone who’s he claims has an alleged nationwide warrant. And I’m that’s nobody that I’m even familiar with.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Yeah, I don’t think any of that matters
Lieutenant: Okay, so what what are you looking to have done today?
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: I want you to look it up and confirm that you guys have it when you look it up in the NCIC, first of all. Can we start there
Lieutenant: I need to have a a valid reason to run somebody, not because some per anonymous person on the phone tells me I just can’t access NCI for any
The call concluding:
Lieutenant: I’m the highest ranking supervisor here.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: And you have an attitude.
Lieutenant: I am That’s no, that is your opinion about whether what my job is.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: And it was you like it was your opinion by saying that I had a that I had a dime with this guy. That was not an opinion I guess, right? Oh
Lieutenant: that was a comment.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Right, yeah, it was a snarky comment. Right, gotcha Yeah, you’re full of opinions. But you’re not gonna do your damn job.
Lieutenant: I sure am.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: Okay.
Lieutenant: I am not going to execute a warrant from out of state that you are alleging someone has. Based on your complaint without the other department contacting us and asking us to serve that warrant. I would think if they were that concerned about picking this person up. I don’t take public nurse ‘s requests that have to go to our clerical department.
Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker: You’re a public state. No, that goes to our clerical department. Jackass, listen, shut your mouth. And he hung up like a little bitch So I’m gonna have to foul your request his information and uh look into his jacket. So he says they don’t take public records requests, but he wasn’t listening when I said, I’m submitting it through you. Anyway.
Following the call, Kueker would go on an extended rant about the police refusing to do their jobs based on his clear evidence that there was a warrant for Coulter’s arrest.
When several users in Kueker’s side chat informed him that the warrant had been quashed, Kueker ignored that information and ended his livestream.
Since the livestream, screenshots from the Cook County listing for Coulter’s criminal case reveal that the warrant had been quashed on Friday, October 23, 2026, and there currently is not a warrant for Coulter’s arrest.
Kueker and Ghanayem have yet to release updates to reflect this information.
This is a breaking news story.
