Leonard “Leroy Truth” Filipowski livestreamed Thursday afternoon with a protest of Union City, New Jersey’s use of mobile trailers as early voting “booths” throughout the city, with more accusations by the YouTuber that the up-coming election would be manipulated by Mayor Brian Stack and promise of a full-length documentary to follow.
Filipowski started the stream by walking through the city hall of Union City, where he set forth his accusations against the Mayor:
And I mean a few minutes before they close, I want to see if he will answer some questions about voter fraud. Stack rents these trailers at great expense, tiny little trailers, to control the elections Hey, and the amount of voter fraud, voter cheating that allegedly goes on in Union City is absolutely insane And so this opened until four o’clock, but it looks like they closed early. I’m not going there anyway.
Here, let’s take the elevator up real quick And every other municipality, ladies and gentlemen, in America, you have places they vote in churches and in schools. But in Mayor Stacks, uh-uh, he controls the vote. He has I think 10 or 12 trailers, these voting trailers, he rents That one is right in front of City Hall.
He says he wants to make it convenient for people. Union City is this big. It is 1.3 square miles, 70,000 people, almost 70,000, the second most dense city per area in the United States You don’t need voting trailers. You got schools all over the city. But Stack chooses his own elective people, or not elected, his own chosen people to be the poll workers.
And then they tell people who to vote for, I’ve been told, and so forth.
Approaching the receptionist, Filipowski inquired about a meeting with the mayor:
Hey, hey, hello there. I’m looking uh I have some very important critical time-sensitive questions to ask Mayor Bryant Sack about in reference to voter cheating and voter fraud. Can you let him know that Leroy Truth is here and I’d like to talk with him for a few minutes?
No, because he never come he never calls me back. So that since I’m here, if he would just talk to me for a few minutes. I have very serious allegations of voter cheating, voter fraud I’ve been given against him.
That he’s supposedly doing a lot of voter cheating and voter fraud in Unit City in his little tiny voting trailer. So Would you would you be able to ask him if you can meet with me for a few minutes?
Filipowski was unsuccessful in obtaining his meeting. He then made more accusations against the mayor based on “inside information” he claims he received from those who worked with Stack:
If you just join me, I’m Leroy Truth of Lee Right Truth Investigations. I’m live in City Hall right here.
And as for the mayor. I was told he wasn’t here. And then there were all these packages that were here last week.
And they were delivered here, supposedly some type of toys. And a number of sources told me that they were from his campaign. A number of people from his campaign are reaching out to me and are Give me information because they’re they’ve had enough.
Mayor and Senator Brian Stack according to them is losing it. He’s becoming very unhinged and unstable according to them. Extremely angry.
He yells and screams at them and swears at them Ever since he was found liable unanimously just a few weeks ago by a jury of his peers, 8-0, and whoever that is, you’re not on. 8 -0. that he was found liable for aiding and abetting the discrimination of a Dominican police officer, Monestrella.
As Mayor Stack. And right up in his office there, I I heard he was screaming and yelling. Some insiders told me they threw everything off his desk.
And and they were they were fearing for their lives, I was told. They were very, very concerned that they were said he was so out of control. And so again you only got a few minutes left.
It’s almost four o’clock It’s closer to four o’clock. And I’m investigating extreme corruption of Mayor Brian Stack and All these people are leaving before four. It’s not four o’clock yet.
Hey, you know how much add this all up. How much taxpayer money is being lost? And let’s see, I’m heading downstairs now.
Outside of the building, Filipowski would largely repeat his previous claims against the mayor and interacting with his side chat.
He ended the stream with an announcement of a possible full length documentary on his accusations against Mayor Stack:
And we’re looking at uh some people are talking about funding a possible full-length documentary specifically about mayor and senator Brian Stack. And so we’re going to be in Reading, Pennsylvania, November 6th. We’re going to be in Queens, New York at the Queens World Film Festival, First Amendment Film Festival.
Special theme, November 14th, that’s Saturday, from 6 p. m. to 8 30 p. m. And It’s going to be an incredible evening. Very multi-dimensional. So let me know.

The film festival isn’t until The film festival isn’t even until next year. It’s the Thomas Edison Film Festival, which is also another Academy Award-winning festival. My documentary, Leeroy Truth Versus, already won an honorable mention award in that film festival and we were told by the producers of that festival that they received a record 900 submissions of films to this film festival which they only picked about 90 or so And of those 90 years so, mine, in addition to being an official selection, Leaderworth Truth Verses now received an honorable mention award.
And they thought it was an even higher level. So if anyone says Leroy Truth is in an award-winning documentary, that’s a fact. So it’s I’m very honored And appreciative of the documentary filmmakers who put a lot, they invested a lot of money and a lot of time over two and a half years.
Again, it’s only 13 minutes long, it’s a short form documentary. But it is rich. It’s not like a YouTube video.
It’s nothing like a 13-minute YouTube video. It is edited on the highest professional levels with all of the music and the storyline and it’s extraordinary.

You can go viral with a documentary. Oh yeah. I mean it’s extraordinary.
And it’s gonna be in film festivals for the next year to year and a half. And once it’s done with the film festival run, then someone maybe like Vice will pick it up And I’m not gonna just simply put it on my channel. But it’s gonna be huge.
Plus in the meantime, we are looking for a producer to give funding for a full-length documentary, which will include my whole team. David Snow of the Exposure Report, Scalzo Photo and Vinny of Gardens and Accountability, and all the cast of characters of Union City. We have hundreds and hundreds and hours of footage, maybe thousands of hours at this point over three years of the corruption in Mayor Brian’s Tacks Union City here.

And John, maybe it’ll be in Los Angeles Oh, it’s looking uh there’s a film festival in Tennessee. We already made round one. We made it past round one.
