Free range grandmother and sometime activist for the homeless addressed her fan base Wednesday night from the parking lot outside of an establishment called “The Taco Truck” in downtown Englewood, Colorado, where she monitored the comings and goings of police who were apparently getting dinner at the establishment.
Benson said that she had a hearing in her appeal of an exclusion order issued against her from the Englewood Civic Center after a trespassing arrest during an Englewood City Council Meeting over the summer.
Musing, Benson alerted her assembled fans to the lack of bathroom availability in the civic center before her hearing:
This was part two of this quasi-judicial process of banning me from the entire civic center. And lo and behold, I got there today and there were no bathrooms. Can you imagine?
Here we are years later, full circle. And what started this entire problem with Englewood was the selective use and non-use of the public restrooms in the civic center. Imagine that.
Here we are years later. Sean Lewis has retired. Sierra is a bigger tyrant than he’s ever been, the mayor.
Linda Olson’s dreams are coming true. You psycho -dipshit woman who is the former mayor of Englewood. Um, yeah, Joe Anderson has died.
Steve Ward is mayor pro tem, and he is a very, very important person He is so important that he had to attend part one of the exclusion hearing last week for the first hour or so wherein Mayor Sierra and Uh David Jackson, the chief of police, and Ron, that dipshit that works for Allied, ignored their subpoenas. Yeah. They were told you don’t have to come.
Interesting, huh? Nathan Cash, the attorney for the city, who is just as dipshitty as ever, can’t get a single name right to even save his own life. And listening to hours of him saying, Yes, hearing officer, okay, hearing officer, if you would please, hearing officer, okay, hearing officer.
Okay, Officer Daly, he can’t get anybody’s names right It’s mind blowing. I’m not gonna lie.
She would then pause to reflect on Lane Myers’ last address to his fans, expressing sympathy for a fellow “activist” who was going to prison, in her opinion, for “no reason.”
Her thoughts quickly returned to another update on her bodily functions:
Um, but yes, I am in the midst of probably Having another kidney stone attack, if you will, that’s not gonna go well when it hits. And so I am trying, I’m taking extra meds right now and drinking extra fluids. So I won’t be here long.
Um Yeah. And they’re they did it with intention because The bathroom situation over here at the Civic Center, the day before the last hearing, the bathrooms weren’t working either. That’s pretty convenient, isn’t it?
And I was in there when all this was going down. Oh yeah, we had a great big flood from the floor Bathrooms up to the third floor. I said really.
Yeah. Sure. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
It’s it’s we’re but we we got it, we got it, we got it handled. Uh-huh Uh there there weren’t access problems uh last week during my hearing, but today when I got there and had to use the restroom. Oh, we don’t have any bathrooms.
We don’t have any public bathrooms for this entire building, including all the employees in it. Uh-huh, yeah, sure thing. Oh, they piss in bottles.
Not necessary. That’s that’s that’s what they do. They piss in bottles.
In their water bottles So at any rate, that was all pretty fascinating. But back to this Lane Myers thing. Um And then all of a sudden they did have working restrooms.
Mm-hmm. After I went over to Chuck E. Cheese. Mm-hmm.
It’s a good thing they ended up having restrooms because if I would have had to continue to go over to Chuck E. Cheese to use their bathroom, that was gonna take a lot of time. Mm-hmm And then the bathrooms all of a sudden started working again. You tell me.
She briefly returned to her thoughts on Myers, before returning to how she felt her side performed in her hearing earlier in the day:
Today we fought the system and we won. We did The evidence was there. Uh well let me say the proof to call out the lack of evidence was there.
The proof, the testimony. I’m not going to talk a lot about what the outcome was of these idiots testifying, which today it was Othoniel Sierra, the mayor. who was told that he would show up today, as well as Ron from Allied Security, who put on full display why he has a job with Allied Security.
And why he even shouldn’t have that job. Oh , for those of you that don’t know or need a reminder , Back on July 6th, I was at a public meeting, the City Council meeting of Englewood, making public comment And for the second time now, Mayor Sierra decided that he didn’t like that I had my cell phone in my hand. And I may have or may not have been recording.
He just assumed I was, and those are against the rules. Apparently. Sometimes they’re against the rules and sometimes they’re not.
Um and it just depends on who you are. Imagine that. It’s never been against the rules for anybody To record at a city council meeting, except me.
Why? I think Sierra said today, I think the crux of this hearing today I took some notes. Was.
And he got a he got all emotional. He got his little he got his little peas on bawd. His little frozen peas.
Uh when asked why did you interrupt Miss Benson’s public comment? Quote, it’s because she had a phone raised in my direction. Wow, what are you so afraid of, Dipshirt?
She would eventually conclude with what difficulties she would face if she lost her exclusionary notice appeal:
So about my exclusion hearing, I don’t know when there’ll be a ruling.
Kristen is gonna have to figure out how to write something up. Um, she’s gonna uphold it. Uh and when she does, you know, I’m supposed to have an escort every time I go to the civic center.
I’m supposed to call the police department. The Englewood Police Department. That’s part of the exclusion.
If I have business over there at the Civic Center, I gotta call a cop. Well, last time they excluded me, every time I called the cops, they told me no Yeah. So I guess they get to decide if my business over there at the Civic Center is valid or not.
Uh so I might want to um go to the library. and try to find me uh uh I’m gonna have to call him up and say look I know this is uncomfortable but since you have to escort me you’re gonna be by my side And um I’m gonna be going to the library today and uh I’m gonna be accessing some books. I’m gonna be looking for some books Titled uh I’m I’m on the hunt for why are cops dickless?
Um I’m gonna be on a hunt for a lot of titles of books and um so I’m gonna need a police escort. Um why are cops shaving all of their body hair in Englewood? Um Uh, why are um female cops prone to screwing um the entire department.
I like Radley. My favorite author on on books about cops is Radley Balco. So I’d like to find out if the Englewood Library has any copies of the Warrior Cop Um and if not, you know, I might sit down at the computer and watch probably a couple hours worth of YouTube videos where, you know, cops are shooting donkeys and um people for acorns falling.
I mean so anyway I need an escort over to the library And they’re gonna go, no, that’s not official business. You see how this is gonna go I don’t know if that’s what they’re doing, Sir Campbell. It might be like they’re just All of a sudden hairless like they do things together.
I I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know what’s going on Well, if that doesn’t end this live stream on a peculiar note, I don’t know what would at this point for another day in Englewood Thanks for hanging, you guys.
Um, yeah, look for the video of uh this exclusion hearing. And uh I think I’m gonna I think I’m gonna go to a meeting on Thursday. So that’ll probably be the next time we reconvene.
I think I’m gonna go to a meeting with my friend And co-patriot Luis Johnson from the Real Constitutional Upholders. What is in the civic center, Kyle? The courts, the library, and all city offices.
I help a lot of the homeless go to court. I file things with the courts. I do go to the library from time to time and utilize services.
I meet with a lot of people in the library. I will be banned from even the parking lot. I think I’m gonna be banned from the public street in front of the civic center.
Yeah. That’s what’s at the Civic Center, as well as the access for the platform for RTD. I will have no access to the RTD light rail platform.
