Continuing his attacks from behind bars on his victim, YouTube influencer and bicycling enthusiast Lane Myers sat for an interview with Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker, which was later aired Thursday morning on a livestream that left viewers with questions about Kueker’s intelligence and sobriety following statements made during the broadcast.
Kueker had previously housed multiple interviews on his channel, at least one of which was mentioned at Myers’ probation violation hearing and resulted in conviction. Viewers have credited Kueker’s previous interviews for causing almost as much damage to Myers’ case as any action on the part of his prosecutor in the case, Rachel Stiles.
The Florida based YouTuber himself has previously frustrated Myers, as he apparently did little research about Myers or Myers’ circumstances before previous interviews. He continued the trend as he seemed unaware that Myers was convicted of the violations of his probation and was vaguely aware that Myers was off to prison for three years.
With that in mind, the pair sat down for an interview recorded Wednesday night. The pair kept to standard themes, with Myers taking no blame for his own actions that led to his felony plea deal and his conviction for violating his probation.
Bicycling Enthusiast Myers would make an extended statement about his planned appeal:
I’m still gonna keep going on a little bit about it because the attorney general because you’re gonna be the one when I file the appeal having to read it and be like, what the hell are they doing down in Tucson? And the Attorney General is gonna have to They can do two things. They can either argue against my appeal or they can concede.
to the till my argument and that’s where it can take longer or takes less. And if the state tried to argue against my appeal on a non like on a frivolous region they can get this part. And so um the appeal court will hammer them into submission.
Though there’ll be serious sanctions for their lawyers. If they if they try to argue the sky is black when the the picture shows that it’s blue, you know, and which is basically going on here. If if they try to say that’s information about Shannon Walker from the U of A when it’s actually Shannon Walker’s astronaut Appeal court don’t got time for that, you know what I mean?
You can play those silly games in trial court at Superior Court with jugglers met and waste his time and waste Lane Larry’s life and time and But what you can’t do is file an appeal that you know is bullshit. It goes both ways And, you know, hopefully we can get a hold of Kim Kardashian ’cause she does like a lot of things helping people who are wrongly convicted file things. But that’s where if we get enough popularity, people like that kind of stuff in But what I’m getting at here is this the Attorney General’s office is now in the position of Do we try to cover for Rachel Styles or do we just concede that he should have never been charged or violated in the first place?
And then because they want to preserve their you know what I mean? uh reputation and credentials and because lawyers have an oath to only file things that matter. Like you can first file Nonsense.
That’s why like they hate Pro Se because Pro Se will file a bunch of stuff that has nothing that that they can a motion for, you know what I mean, free water on a Tuesday at seven o’clock. And so like , you know what I mean? And so professional lawyers, professional public lawyers, that’s why like you said it’s so procedural That’s a really a niche thing because you cannot there’s only certain things you can argue.
And so the appeal courts the attorney generals appellate lawyers are gonna have a real handful trying to explain what they got themselves into here because they ultimately they both are the state. You know, Rachel prosecutes crimes for the state But she works for Laura County over in King County. And I know from several sources that the appeal court has had enough of Laura Conover and her attorneys sending up insane cases to the appeal court and taking forever, the Supreme Court, more account over it has already been suspended by the Bar Association.
The the Pima County attorney, the the county attorney, district attorney, or whatever you want to call it, has been had a bar suspension. It might have courtroom.
Myers would go on to address his statement to the court, after a mention of our court reporter, JudyYouGotThis, by Kueker:
Kueker: Uh I don’t remember where I got that from, to be honest. I’m not sure. I think I might have heard something like I might it might have been from that Judy person, I’m guessing, but um I heard that you had a 40 minute like speech or maybe it wasn’t forty minutes. What was what was the speech that you gave about?
Myers: I said that Shannon Walker lies a lot. I said that uh prison is a joke. And that’s why eight out of ten people who go to prison go back because it’s a failed system.
I said my probation officers are a bunch of liars. I said they suck at their job. I said that they failed me because they were supposed to beat guardrails.
uh protected me from getting in you know, they left why did they get in why did they say anything after the first viol time I supposedly violated? Why did they wait till there was twenty of these violations and the world was collapsing around me to step in. Uh I criticized Metcalf for threatening me uh to not talk about my case I told Metcalf that if he sends me to prison, I will be on the phone with Josh Gray within 20 minutes of getting back to the jail.
I told I told him that Shannon Walker just I told him that because she was playing the victim about how because you remember Resident told her she doesn’t like it, ignore it, and I had to get telling Like I get people on I there’s tons of videos about me on YouTube um about me being a crazy idiot and People came to the house and through rocks to the window and contacted my wife’s job and they did all this stuff. And because I know that the law says that I there’s nothing they and it’s free speech. I just have to ignore it.
In an interesting aside at the end of the interview, Kueker and Myers discussed ReallyCoolNews and John “Merb34st” Rietveld, whose opinions are considered “defamation” by Myers.
Kueker: Yeah um but let me let me interrupt let me interrupt let me let me let me interrupt you yeah exactly let me interrupt you right there because You’re always getting s you’re always getting whacked for memes or thumbnails regarding Shannon Walker, even if it’s not you. But people like really cool news, Jim Finch. He can make thumbnails of you wearing a dress and just totally making fun of you that has nothing to do with anything, just showing his utter displeasure for you. And, you know, that’s okay.
Myers: Defaming me and a a California family attorney named John Riefelt harassing me and mocking the pr mocking the law about harassing and all that, why do I have to why do they tell me just ignore that if I don’t like it? But then everything I do is is the end of the world, right? So I said all that to Metcalf, you know, I told him and then I was like, if you’re gonna send me to prison Give me consecutive, you know, so the presumptive, you know, all this shit. And he gave me a lot more than that. He gave me the aggravated and the uh consecutive
Myers would go on to urge his followers to do public records requests for information regarding his trial before ending the interview with a warning, claiming that “the gloves are off”:
I would like to go back to where we left off at the hearings. I got a lot I I’m just sitting here for like another few days a week And I’d like to get as much of it. You don’t have to release it immediately, but it’s like to fill the gap so that like uh because I went silent for like three weeks and I want to keep my story, you know, now it’s now the the gloves are off. We can talk what we we can say what we want to say. And we can talk about the truth about everything and um whether you do send me to prison.
Kueker would extend his livestream for another forty minutes, questioning the process and despite admitting that Myers was on his way to jail, was in complete denial that the case was proven against Myers.
The Florida based YouTuber, who recently spent weekends cleaning roadside garbage after a run in with Sheriff Grady Judd, then went on to read and mock the victim’s statement.
So she finds it disgusting what Lane’s lawyer said. If you don’t like it, don’t look at it. Ignore it.
She goes, apparently, Mr. She probably she probably thinks that she’s one of those women that think that if you disagree with her, that’s harassing her And if she feels anxiety, it’s like physical abuse because she feels it in her bones and has some kind of physical reaction. Therefore it’s a battery. Probably one of those types, you know?
Uh she was apparently Mr. Rednik’s solution Resnick’s solution to a man who refuses to stop stalking and harassing a woman. I’m a woman is for the woman To become more accommodating about being stalked and harassed. Lane, and she puts Lane in bold, Lane is the one on felony probation He, in bold, she put the word he in bold, is the person ordered to change his behavior, and he chose not to.
So he didn’t bow to her wishes, folks. And she goes, I have a suggestion. Again, another woman telling us what’s in our best self-interest.
She goes, how about Lane ignore me How about Lane stop stalking and harassing me? How about Lane leaves my family alone? How about Lane control himself for once?
And she’s a grammatical idiot, by the way, because I had to fix it in real time. It says she put it S at the end of control. She put an uh S after stop so like where it says how about Wayne stops talking harassing me?
Just say stop talking harassing me. Same thing with control Um she goes, so she’s projecting basically everything that she’s saying about Lane here in those one, two, three, four statements, she’s projecting what she needs to do. And she goes on.
Kueker continued, on Myers’ behalf:
So after ignoring all of these other boundaries, see women can set boundaries, but men can’t. What possible basis do I have for believing physical violence? During that physical violence has nothing to do with any of this. Is the one line Lane would never cross?
Well, why would you think he would cross it? That’s the question. We’re not talking about would have, could’ve, should’ve.
We’re in court right now. We’re we’re It’s your job to demonstrate what Lane has done that has actually violated the law, not what you think he might do and how you feel, feel She goes on, I should not be expected to be, or I should, I should not be expected to bet my safety or my family’s safety on that hook. She says, the danger does not end with Lane.
He has built an audience around his lies, his anger in his grievances. So expressing his grievances and petitioning his government, that’s what she’s talking about, really. I mean, really, let’s be real.
Um he tells them, I’m a liar, corrupt a fake victim who has wronged him. He talks about revenge against me. Again, bullshit.
Where does he do that? Please. Enlighten us.
He gives them reasons to hate me. No, you give yourself reasons. Starting with the 33 lies way, way back when, and he’ve done hundreds of lies since then or repeated the same old lies.
And she goes, and then he gives them the information they can use to find me. Idiot, your stuff is on is online It’s on the uh University of Arizona’s website. Alright, folks, I’ll send this to you when I’m done reading it.
Myers was found guilty of multiple probation violations and sentenced to three years in state prison.
Kueker was recently demonetized on the YouTube platform and has been struggling to make ends meet as his Rumble and Patreon accounts have failed to meet expectations. It is unclear on how the release terms from his latest conditions handle continued association with multiple time convicted felons.
This is a breaking news story.
