In a development that shouldn’t surprise anyone, the moment that Lane Myers could speak to Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray, he took advantage of it, having Gray contact media outlets on his behalf before continuing his efforts to attack his victim by releasing his own extended statement through Gray’s YouTube channel.
Myers showed no remorse nor took no responsibility for his actions in his extended statement, mockingly reading his victim’s statement while attempting to justify his crimes in response to the statements he read.
Chillingly, when the victim’s concerns for her children came up, he admitted that he scoured the internet for information about the victim’s children and ultimately taking photos off of the victim’s mother’s social media page as part of his harassment campaign:
When did I focus on her children, people? ‘Nevertheless, he sought information about them and ultimately displayed their photograph publicly on his YouTube channel.’ Where did I get that picture? Off a public website publicly displayed by their own mom.
‘Knowing that a person who had already stalked and harassed me was actively attempting to obtain information concerning my children caused me substantial fear and emotional distress…’ Why wasn’t I charged for that? Why wasn’t that brought up at any point before today?
He later put out a challenge to his viewers:
Now I’m gonna issue a challenge. If anybody can figure out what they’re talking about about her kids, fixation on her kids, I will not Make d do another phone call. Huh?
Yeah. I will not do another phone call for the next two years. So that’s a challenge.
Myers took great offense at the victim’s apparent reference to Josh Gray in her statement, asking for a continuation of probation conditions blocking the contact between the men.
Social media influencer Myers was found to have violated his probation by having indirect contact with YouTuber Gray. Myers then exposed Gray’s use of multiple aliases, exposing names of someone who filed motions on his behalf and spoke on his behalf throughout the Myers’ initial trial and probation revocation hearing.
‘The following individuals illustrate that’ file. This is a public service, aka Shannon Walker Lies, aka Joey Payne, aka Phocion the Good. Convicted You ready for this?
Failure to comply with official signs. Unlawfully took photographs on federal property. Dude, that guy’s a fucking menace.
Convicted trespass in City Hall. Absolute terror. Convicted of of what’s this say?
Fourth degree assault against a special victim, a lying cop.
He then read from and respond to the victim’s supplemental statement to probation:
I am conci and uh uh Sharon Walker’s the victim when given the addition of victim statements. I know Matt Walker likes to play the victim but he’s not for this statement:
‘Lane Meyers has spent the last two years trying to ruin my life because my husband prosecuted him.’ I don’t think that’s what happened.
‘For his initial actions he pleaded guilty to stalking harassment, his more recent conduct resulted in his probation being revoked. Lane lied in his last interview with probation, including when he said he never encouraged anyone to contact me and when he claimed I got his wife fired. Something she admitted under oath is not sure.’
You definitely got her fired. You brought the attention to my videos, which then she got fired for. Can you print the watch?
Did you get a bonus? And we know that. So take me to court and see if I’m lying.
If I’m lying, sue me. I don’t got nothing to do for the next couple of years. ‘Many of the other factors that cause him to score so low are also not accurate.’
So I scored low but they sent me to prison. ‘He regularly abuses drugs.’ I’m gonna repeat that.
‘He regularly abuses drugs. Including in videos he posts online.’ Didn’t they just declassify uh marijuana to a schedule three the same as Tyranna?
‘He has no stable housing or income.’ Uh actually I do. I did.
‘He and his girlfriend have broken up. His family has not provided him with any apparent support throughout this process because they were in Spain out of the country.’
And his damn is live. And his friends are confused. Convicted criminals who encourage this criminal behavior because they engage in the same type of harassing internet behavior as he does.’
He would then read his evaluation from the probation department:
‘The defendant committed offenses of harassing, threatening, and intimidating behavior towards six employees. Six. At the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys Advisory Council and Phoenix.’
That’s defamation. I’ve submitted the search and allowed the APD full access to his computer and online social media accounts. Reporting the APD, reported to APD when requested, residents, provided safe access to residence and had no change in residence Treatment, behavior, change, post-social activities.
‘At the time of sentencing, the defendant was not required to enroll in any form of assistance or treatment. Financial responsibility, fine fees recurrent at the time the defendant was taken into custody They stuck these motherfuckers owe me a refund. Okay.
Risk assessment. The probationer’s most recent assessment places him in the high risk needs classification. Probationers who present in the high risk are best served with target interventions through the intensive probation supervision program there.’
The def evaluation. ‘The defendant is a 43-year-old male appearing before the court for dispos disposition on a petition to revoke. The defendant violated the conditions of his probation.
By posting social media videos discussing his case Despite clear instructions provided to the defendant, along with the probation department’s efforts to have all such content removed, numerous videos reappeared post-sentencing on various social media platforms. Regarding disposition, the defendant has demonstrated a continued inability to comply with court and post conditions, despite clear directives and efforts by the probation department to have all case-related social media content removed. The defendant persisted in posting videos that discussed the case in reference to victim.
His ongoing behavior includes harassment and disparagement of the victim and her husband, indicating a willful disregard for the boundaries established by the court. Based on these continued violations, the defendant’s conduct raises the significance of concerns regarding the suitability for ongoing community supervision. Probably department has utilized reasonable interventions without achieving compliance.
The defendant’s repeated misuse of social media to the target involved parties suggest an increased risk to the community and a lack of amenability to supervision At this time he appears to be an inappropriate candidate for continued community supervision and a heightened level of accountability may be warranted.’
Let’s break that down. The probation the government has utilized reasonable interventions without achieving compliance I didn’t talk to my probation officer for eleven months. I was on probation for twelve.
So what were these interventions that didn’t achieve compliance if I didn’t physically actually talk to him for eleven months? This is why nobody takes this shit serious because they just make shit up to bury me. Nobody can take you serious when you lie and then sign it under front of the aperture.
Because that’s pertress. And then it says at the beginning it says remember I just read that. It says Said uh says that I law abiding behavior.

Then when it asks if there was any additional criminal history since I’ve been on probation, it says the defendant, local, state, national law enforcement agencies document the following additional police context. Now, how did I both committed offenses and have no known police activity? Interesting. I’m sure that uh once people hear the transcripts and then which were committed under the penalty of perjury.
And then they listen to that, they’re gonna ask some questions because that’s not what they testified under oath It wasn’t until we put them under oath and made them look stupid that they made up a story to make sure that I didn’t get put back on probation because then they would have to deal with the fact that they made that they lied under oath And now what? You put him back in under supervision after we lied under oath? He made us look stupid in court, so we’re gonna make him s look stupid by going to prison And make no mistake about it, prison is not good for anybody.
Myers would conclude:
I’m not celebrating prison, I’m not bragging. But who’s gonna carry the boats and the logs? So if they can just make shit up The part the part they really he part they really uh piled on with is that whole thing about her kids.
Yet at no point prior to today did they bring up that stuff about their kids until it was their chance to really send me to prison. But what I would have thought if I actually did that I would have been charged with some crime for doing it. The grand jury transcript which is available certainly doesn’t mention anything about that.
No police officer has ever said anything about that Nobody in four days of hearings testified under oath about that. Nowhere during the Matt Walker deposition did he mention that. But suddenly today, conveniently I targeted her children.
And what’s even better is that was her written statement. Once you read the transcript and hear her verbal statement, she didn’t even mention anything about that there. So it’s one of those things that when it’s convenient we we make it, you know, because like who’s gonna challenge my letter?
You know, I can say whatever I want and nobody will ever find out. Well that’s not true because they’re files with the court. And their public information filed with the court.
So I don’t understand Why they have to make things up and then expect people to just turn their head. Now, remember now, don’t harass Sharon Walker. This is just reporting the facts of what was said.

I’m not encouraging anybody to contact her because she’s a nobody If you want to help me, you contact like politicians and organizations and you know Department of Justices and things like that But in the meantime I’ll leave it up to you to determine if the light ejector determines that was a lie.
Myers took a plea deal and pled guilty to felony charges of stalking and harassing his victim. He had his probation revoked this week for continuing to violate those conditions while on probation. The bicycling enthusiast has been sentenced to three years in state prison, with 192 days of time served.
