The always positive advocate for the homeless and free-range grandmother Regan Benson returned to the Englewood, Colorado, Civic Center and Monday night and used gifts of pizza to help entice several homeless residents of the city to speak out against an ordinance that she claims would allow Englewood police to declare public health emergencies without warning.
Benson gathered her group before the meeting, reminding them of the meal that was waiting for them in her car as she gave tips to those who were planning to speak.
For the most part, Benson’s plan was successful. All of the homeless individuals got up and spoke on her behalf to mixed reviews as she did not prepare them with talking points or agenda items to highlight.
Benson herself used her time to attack members of the city council, reminding them that she was already suing the city and to gloat about her up-coming exclusion hearing.
Rival homeless advocacy group Shadows of Babylon Investigations again addressed the city council via an internet statement. While recounting their recent eviction from public housing, one of the members took time to celebrate the closing of government run mental institutions in the 1980s for giving the public the antics of Regan Benson.
The free-range grandmother declined to comment on their statements.
Benson’s group would leave the meeting and gathered around her SUV to have a pizza party following their speeches. Benso passed out Little Ceaser’s pizzas and Pepsi products to the group, who celebrated her efforts as they ate.
Benson is scheduled to return to the Civic Center on Wednesday to appeal a 90-day ban from the facilities she picked up after being arrested for trespassing earlier this year after allegedly disrupting a city council meeting.
The free-range grandmother also announced that she served subpoenas on members of the Englewood Government who will be required to testify at the hearing on Thursday.

Kristin is such a good municipal judge for the town of Lyons, CO that she contracts with Englewood taxpayers to enforce FORMER City Manager Shawn Lewis’ standards of behavior in Englewood. Shawn brought his plethora of civil rights violations in a how to get rid of homeless people plan to Englewood when the former mayor Linda Olson, tapped him to be the next golden boy savior for Englewood.

Shawns gone. He took his loot and split and you look like the clown car driver you’ve always been for Englewood AND the whole city is getting sued. You’re to blame at the end of the day and you and Mayor Bat Ears Sierras’ plan to retire on millions and millions of funneled/stolen dollars… is falling apart, rapidly.
It’s hard to take any of this nonsense serious because it’s SUCH a three-ring clown show circus of Englewood city government and a handful of cops making it continuously known they’re enjoying adding to the 1983 claim moving through the federal courts right now. For? violating my VERY simple 1A rights in redressing government. The lawsuit is not getting dismissed and very likely amended now.
This is the 3rd time they’ve orchestrated a bogus arrest based 100% in hurt feelings for the speech coming out of my mouth. It’s called retaliation and the bill is tallying heavily.
Same guy representing the city, Nathan Cash. I guess his star witnesses and exhibits are going to be a…SURPRISE! Who knows, for all I know, I’ll be going to jail for some deal he’s working with the cops right now.
Regardless, I’ll show up. I’ll let Nathan and his favorite cops bully me for a few hours and then Kristin, the other welfare recipient of stolen tax dollars by way of Englewood, taxpayers, will write a ruling that this ban from public property is lawful. It will of course take her a few weeks and thousands of dollars to write it up but ultimately she’ll solidify violating my rights some more.
I’ll then be banned from the entire government compound, to include the parking lot, for 90 days. This is the government compound commonly referred to as the Englewood Civic Center. It houses the public courts, the public library, the city council meetings and every other public meeting the city holds. In addition, it effectuates a ban from accessing the RTD (public transportation) platform in Englewood.
These people are just low order intelligence, anti American colossal mega control toddler tyrants. They have no control in emotional intelligence when people say things that hurt their feelings.
It’s all just entertainment at this point and quick fun cash in their pockets. Again, courtesy of deliberately ignorant taxpayers of Englewood that enjoy paying and being sued for the tyranny they vote into and allow to stay in office. Englewood has been sued REPEATEDLY in the last 10 years for violating very BASIC BASIC rights a 5th grader should have full comprehension of in a NON PUBLIC school setting.

Interesting news today. I’m appealing a ridiculous criminal conviction. As you can see, even this little boy is baffled at how Commander Joel Bell could’ve concocted such a ridiculous story that resulted in a total mess Joel never saw coming.
At any rate, I had mentioned a problem with my trial transcripts the courts were supposed to provide for my appeal.
The entire first day of trial was nowhere to be found in them EVEN THOUGH the trial court certified them and supplied them for the appeal.
Well now, magically, all of the sudden the first day of the trial transcript has made a super fast appearance because, drum roll please… it was the transcriptionists fault.
There’s a lot of eager beavers super excited for me to lose this appeal and go sit in jail for 60 days over all the lies that were told at trial, in addition to some other stuff that happened at trial that give me a lot of solid grounds for appeal. Why in the world are there ALREADY so many issues with incomplete transcripts and exhibits from my trial????
