Long time YouTuber and sometime musical artist Jeremiah “Last Days of Freedom” Payne announced that he had been freed from jail after an anonymous donation on Tuesday in a statement made to ReallyCoolNews in which he gave more details on his alleged crime.
Payne posted a fiery response to our YouTube coverage of his arrest for burglary from earlier in the month. In his statement he claimed that he was looking through the windows of the house he was arrested at because it was up for rent and he wanted to take a look inside.
Promising that he would be hiring the best lawyer in the state to represent him in the criminal matter, Payne then refused to name said lawyer or provide details on how he could afford said lawyer.
The YouTuber said that he would be testifying before a grand jury in order to prove his innocence. This may prove to be impossible as grand juries in the state of Tennessee are held in secret without the presence of a defendant or defense council.
Payne defended his musical abilities, again claiming that he does not use artificial intelligence in the production of his music and alluded to an attorney who will be taking his lawsuits against various YouTubers “pro bono.”

Well. A private donor bailed me out last night on the 29th of September. So yeah thanks. You people are so quick to judge somebody just because you are charged with something doesn’t mean you did it that’s why there is a court system that will prove either I’m guilty or not guilty I found it over to the grand jury because I’m fighting this because it’s BS. And also about my mom’s donations that’s really none of your business secondly someone privately donate it and did not do it publicly you know you people don’t know everything I know you think you do and I know you think you just love slandering people and them cease and desist documents Nashville attorney who is going to take my case pro bono, why don’t you wait until I go in front of the grand jury and they decide my if I’m innocent or guilty by the evidence against me and there is none a burglary charges when you enter someone’s house I walked around the house never did I go inside the house and the man on the witness stand that owns the house said he never saw me go in the house he never saw me going to garage none of that he could say there was nothing missing so I’m going to get these charges dropped and I will beat them as you will find out so lie all you want but the truth is the truth and I just told you the truth I have – cam video of me just walking around the house looking through the windows of an empty house that’s for rent on Old Greenbrier highway in Greenbrier Tennessee and there’s proof on my wife’s phone where she was calling the number on the sign to find out information about the house like how much is it a month how many bedrooms is it how many bathrooms etc I mean Jesus Christ man y’all people just want to come on here and try to kick somebody when they’re down I don’t want to be you on judgment Day when you have to stand before God almighty an answer and answer to him about all the lies and how quick you are just to judge somebody being I’m 48 years old and never had a felony and now I’m charged with one all my life my s*** anytime I’ve ever been arrested it’s been over driving on revoked license or fighting I’ve never had a charge like this because I’ve never done anything like this and never would I know you think you know me so well you only know what I post on YouTube and Buddy my music is far from AI I didn’t know AI had the same vocals on every song and song about my life and my addiction all right and record all my music and there’s evidence and proof of it but you know what I don’t have to prove it to you sorry no good for nothing slander people kick them when they’re down YouTube channel also you can get ad revenue and make money by slandering and dogging people and I don’t care that my channel is demonetized I’m not you I don’t do it for money I don’t have a hundred links when I go live of ways to donate donate a tea donate this super chats you are the ones that do this worse than any auditor that I know and I know pretty much all of them as I am very well known in the auditing community me and Josh Abrams or two of the ones doing this s*** before it blew up on YouTube you many many many many many many many many years ago don’t forget I’ve been on YouTube for 13 years this channel has been up and running for a couple years I don’t care about the money and if I ask for donations it’s what I say it’s for I’m not you people who post a thousand links in their lives in the chat so they can donate that’s all you guys talk about is donate donate donate ad revenue by taking someone else’s content or something about them and just picking up the ball and running with it when you don’t even know the truth you do know you can be charged with a crime even though you did not do it it’s called being in the wrong place at the wrong time in which I was I mean why would I just enter a house and not take anything and which there was nothing in there to take the house was empty from what I saw looking through the Windows cuz it’s for rent I didn’t know looking in a house through windows with the blinds wide open on every window so you can see in was illegal whatever happened to his garage door I have no idea I didn’t do it and normally during a burglary there’s a theft I’m not charged with no theft this is a bull crap charge that Robertson county has been wanting to get me for a long time but I’m hiring one of the best lawyers there are there is out of Springfield Tennessee I’m not posting his name until Court and that’s all you people need to know quit judging somebody so quick just because a system says they’re charged with something charged with something does not mean you’re guilty dude😊 you are so quick just to run with it so you can get them views and build up your ad revenue hope you make a lot of money off this because we all know that’s why you do it go to kforce channel look how many links in his descriptions there are to donate watches lives of how many moderators post cash and PayPal links
