YouTuber Shade George “Audit Them” Ghanayem threatened in a livestream on Monday his intent to file either a civil lawsuit against Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault or file criminal charges against the Canadian YouTuber within the next 15 days.
Ghanayem said that he had evidence that Hudon-Huneault once mentioned that a United States Internal Revenue Service agent gave him confidential information about American citizens.
He also claimed that Hudon-Huneault helped “his leader” David “Dr. Dave” Coulter do financial harm to Ghanayem’s YouTube channel.
Ghanayem stated:
I’m gonna give him two options, civil or criminal. He’s either gonna pay up money or he’s gonna I’m gonna do a referral for a criminal indictment and associate him with the uh Federal uh with the uh felony indictment of his leader his leader is facing felony indictment so He’ll have that option if he wants to settle and pay for the money damages and the business damage. He w he’s gonna have to settle and he’s gonna have to pay out so we don’t go to trial.
Because once we go to trial It’s gonna be ugly for him because we’re gonna find out who’s that alleged IRS agent. You see, he implicated in a government agent He said I have the live stream I downloaded it. He said a couple years ago that he had a IRS agent that was secretly giving him people ‘s private information And I warned him back then four years ago that what he’s doing is fraud and it’s illegal.
He continued:
His collaboration with a uh alleged pedophile Soulless paid agent. Yeah, well he he’s he he doesn’t he doesn’t have he’s soulless, he really doesn’t have a conscience because His last words when closing his channel was that we won, we won, like he won something. He thinks he won or he had something to do with the demonetization of auditors. He thinks like he accomplished something. He has won nothing.
He shut his mouth. He’s making big money right now and we’re gonna come and take that money from him Because he wanted to play criminal offenses. So he’s gonna have two options.
He’s gonna settle and pay money what we’re asking for. We’re gonna we’ll agree to something and we’ll sign a NDA where we’ll leave this and we’ll never re-re uh visit this issue. Or we’re going to take it all the way to trial where he’s going to beg his people for $100,000, $200,000, $300,000 because he knows no better.
We’re going to take it all the way through And we’re gonna we’re gonna subpoena his alleged IRS agent, we’re gonna subpoena his records, his emails, and everything to find out what he’s talking about in the background. Because we wanna see Because we want to see um we wanna see him uh squirm. We want we always want to see the devil squirm The devil always is good to see the devil squirm.
The devil is a rat in a corner. And then you release a cat, a big cat, to go deal with the with the rat So that’s what we gotta do. We gotta drop a cat on this rat He used to always talk big game like you know he’s doing something for the people or something decent.
No, he’s been frauding and uh scamming on people and just with a with a soulless conscience To bring filth, death and destruction amongst uh the YouTube airwaves. I don’t want to tolerate that, man. I want to associate this racist with the anti-Semitic bill, how we could use this racist, because he used to target me based on my perceived ethnicity at that time.
You know, goat fucker and all that stuff. I’m not gonna let that stuff slide because this guy never changed his heart. It would be a different story if he if maybe he came out and redeemed himself and apologized or You know, said something, hey man, we’re gonna shut the Frauditor Troll channel down.
With specific charges not stated by Ghanayem in his livestream, it remains unclear how he would establish jurisdiction over Hudon-Huneault, a Canadian National. A previous lawsuit against Hudon-Huneault, which was settled earlier this year, saw Hudon-Huneault’s response to a copyright claim over a YouTube video establish jurisdiction.
In this case, the vagueness of the allegations may hamper a civil case moving forward. Ghanayem seemed undeterred, promising a quick victory and a payout funded by Hudon-Huneault’s subscribers.
I really am gonna get money out of this man. Regardless, regardless, I dropped my complaint in the mail. Tomorrow, if I wanted to drop the complaint in the mail tomorrow and get this pig served in the next 10 days.
I promise you in the next 15 days, he’s going to be e-begging to give his attorney just to start $30,000. Just to start. He wanted to ruin the lives of so many people.
Actually, he ruined he’s gonna ruin his own life And like I said, I’m developing software. We find out we know how much money he’s making on those other YouTube channels. So he’s gonna scrape that money up.
So within 15 days, if you want, he would be end up be paying. So within 15 days, if you wanted me to, he would be on panel e-begging, saying he needs $35,000 just to start. Just to start So he could sit his fat ass down and still continue to disrespect his own life and his o and other people.
Ghanayem would go on to name YouTubers Coulter, Flat Derp and BlackHartKnight as possible co-defendants in the civil suit.
In unrelated news, Hudon-Huneault released a graphic on Monday, shown on our print version of this story at reallycoolsite.org, showing that his Frauditor Troll channel is still eligible for YouTube monetization despite Hudon-Huneault voluntarily removing all content on the channel.
The screen shot was dated September 16, 2026, and was taken from Hudon-Huneault’s YouTube studio page. It showed that the channel has 70,143 subscribers but no video uploads in the last 90 days and no qualifying watch hours in the same period.
There is an invitation to check for eligibility in the future once the threshold for monetization for both is met.
Hudon-Huneault faced criticism earlier this month when he declared his mission to eliminate “frauditors” over with the mass demonetization of first amendment auditors on YouTube.
The timing of his removal of his channel’s content and his goodbye to the community gave rise to rumors that he had been caught up in the demonetization which, according to Hudon-Huneault, is not the case.
Hudon-Huneault has yet to comment on the allegations and has not started a new GoFundMe campaign to defend himself against possible legal action as of press time.
