Tuesday was another day in the saga of SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes, who went live from outside of the Danbury Superior Court in Killingly, Connecticut, to announce that he was filing several motions to respond to his recent conviction and sentencing last week that held him accountable for trespassing at the home of a former Connecticut state trooper.
Reyes started his address on YouTube with a plug for his Patreon. Like other YouTubers who were demonetized last week, Reyes switched to Patreon as a source of immediate income. As of press time, Reyes has roughly 1,100 members to his Patreon with 749 of those members on a paid tier.
In comparison, Reyes has over one million followers on his YouTube channel, which is not currently monetized. Due to the demonetization, Reyes is set to make $3,745.00 off of his Patreon page this month if every paid member signed up for his $5.00 basic tier.
On Tuesday, Reyes announced that those who have paid membership to his Patreon could read his filings in advance on a community post on his page. A check of the page also showed that he is already discounting memberships, with the top tier membership, normally priced at $1,000.00 is already going for a mere $400.00 for the first month.
His motions were sandwiched between plugs for his Patreon page and other activities where his fans could give him their money in support of his cause.
Reyes stated:
The first motion is defendant’s motion for extension of time to file or supplement post-trial motions. That’s more just You know, just in case you have five so the way it works is you have five days to file pro post-trial motions with the court. Um so I’m within the five days, but this was more just a precautionary motion here. And then we have uh defendant’s motion for a new trial or in the alternative to vacate the judgment and redetermine the case under practice book 42-53. Here. That’s this motion. And then we also file defendant’s motion for judgment of acquittal after trial to the court or in the alternative to set aside and vacate the finding of guilty. That’s this one here filed with the court.
Reyes, who represented himself during the bench trial, has yet to file an appeal of the case, claiming:
Um and I’m gonna hire the best of the best Connecticut appellate attorney. I’m having interviews right now and we’re gonna win. The story’s not over The uh activism isn’t over, the fight’s not over. I don’t care what YouTube does, I don’t care what Fahey does, I don’t care what Lou Civello does, Patrick Psycho Rider, any of these tyrants. With badges. I don’t care. We’re gonna continue our mission.
Addressing his recent YouTube demonetization, Reyes, along with Reyes’s associates, have continued to push the theory that it was Suffolk County Benevolent Associate President Louis Civello who went to the justice department, who then forced YouTube to demonetize almost the entire first amendment auditing category on its service.
And what I’m doing using my 14 foot LED LED billboard truck that’s not here today, but will be everywhere in the coming weeks is because You know, I have my theory about the demonetization here on YouTube. I have my own theories and you know you can conspiracy theories if you want. I I I think they’re theories at the end of the day, but I think this was meant to silence not just me, but all First Amendment auditors, but particularly you have to understand that Lou Civello, he’s like a mobster. He has a lot of political power. He has a lot of power in law enforcement. And, you know, he’s meeting with the Attorney General of the United States. So I don’t put anything past him. But I will not.
Let me say this very clearly. I will not. I will not be silenced. I will not be stopped. I will continue my investigations. The Patriots, the we, the people have my back. I’m not worried about it whatsoever. And I will continue the work that I’m doing, including filing this appeal, hiring an appellate attorney for $15,020, $30,000, however much it costs. I am going to seek justice. But remember, this is the process is the punishment.
Reyes ended the broadcast by announcing that he would be debating a former police officer in a future livestream:
I also will be debating. I will be debating a former tyrant. with a badge, a former tyrant with a badge who absolutely hates me and uh disagrees with me about everything. I finally I finally found somebody. Finally, finally, five years, five years. I finally found somebody to debate with. So he’s a former he’s a retired former tyrant. And uh From Corrupticut It, from Corrupticut It. You know, go figure.
He’s a retired former tyrant from Corrupticut. And he is going to debate me. He does social media stuff now and he we’re going to debate. on a whole host of topics. He hates my guts. He’s been calling me out and saying a bunch of egregious things in in comment sections. So I invited him to a debate and we’re gonna debate and that is gonna be exclusively on Patreon. Eventually it’ll make its way over to YouTube, but for now it’s gonna be exclusively on Patreon. Uh we’re doing that debate on Wednesday. So stay tuned for that.
Reyes took in a total of $54.00 in new donations split between $10 going to his Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption! Campaign and $44.00 going towards his YouTube Demonetized Long Island Audit, Help Us Keep Fighting crowd funding campaigns for Wednesday.
