Using unusual wit and charm, first amendment advocate, sometimes helper to the homeless and renegade free range grand mother posted her thoughts on the recent YouTube demonetization of most of the advocates in her area with a virtual “HA! HA!” on her YouTube channel’s community page on Sunday.
Benson displayed a screen shot of her YouTube dashboard, which indicated that she would be getting a payment of $108,68 from the YouTube platform for combined earnings for August and September.
It also showed that she had been paid $282.63 in August, $169.57 in June and $201.89 for May. Proving that her channel has been profitable this year, even if there have been months where she did not meet the minimal threshold for payment.
I’M STILL STANDING!
I’ve withstood the great purge, to date. Out of all the channels that would be demonetized without warning, many expected I’d be one of them. It may still be to come, I don’t care. I’m quite certain I can figure out how to supplement a few hundred bucks here ‘n there.
Maybe how I handle the business model on YouTube has been right all along? I’ve said numerous times I’d GLADLY trade the revenue for a far reaching algorithm.
I don’t utilize YT for money.
Never have. I don’t play by their rules. I’m not married to the YT hoop jumping game.
I’ve had this channel since 2011 and was eligible for monetization by 2017. I didn’t monetize until 2021 after SERIOUS hesitation to do so and absolutely would not do it until it was directly tied with helping people.
It’s a historical documentation platform of activism. I’ve NEVER referred to myself as an auditor of any kind.
It’s a platform FOR AWARENESS FOR MY ACTIVISM and those that choose to be a part of it. It’s not a paycheck for me. It’s not paying my bills. It’s not putting food on my table and I am IN FACT a financial team player with others that are serving the homeless.
I have met many, MANY GREAT kind and caring people along the way because of this platform. For one instance out of hundreds:@SHITS2DGIGGLES who has begun creating this fabulous flier you see here, for an outreach event we’re going to do together soon. Because of this platform, I have met people that have supported my non profit work and helped many others, when no one would.
This platform doesn’t come without hits and a plethora of rotten ill intended people, either. Because of choosing to be here, people have used it against me to lie about me, to target me for violence and criminalization. One of those must recent examples: The Denver PD, Detective Chelsea phat phuk Novotny to be exact, lied to an American hater of people magistrate right here in Denver, Michelle Kline to be exact.
Kline signed a WILDLY EXPANSIVE warrant for my channel and all of its contents to include access to my entire email account associated with my channel.
They wanted personal and financial info on ALL my subs, moderators and my financial as and banking activity associated with the channel. Google returned next to nothing to them, because there was nothing to return and sent them a disclaimer telling them that if they wanted to pay to bring them out here to testify, then pay up.
I guess Denver didn’t want to do that huh?
Denver cops, fully supported by mayor Mike Johnston, who appoints their leadership, thought they were hitting the mother load of: we finally get to take Regan down.
Imbeciles. All of them. Not hard to just sit back and let them expose their vile & evil selves, is it?
This platform has cost me HUGE, and I’ve had to weigh all of this on the worthiness scale in my personal life.
Here I am.
Still at it when I can.
Still helping people, as I’m able.
But the golden rule MUST apply as it should to you; me and family first. If I can’t take care of me and my business first, I can’t help anyone or attempt to change a single thing. To be clear: that does not include putting YT first. In fact, it’s WAY down on the list of life priorities.
Do I fault people for using it to survive off of? Not entirely.
However, when you enter into a financial agreement for survival, do you think it’s a good idea to rely on something you’ve never been told what your rate of pay is for the work you do & what could end your employment, coupled with non sensical community standards and watch time data?
Too good to be true? Then you KNOW, it’s not true.
That alone should’ve told a lot of people that YT is a bonus structure, not a survival structure. It’s a shell game for Google to use YOU, to make money.

C’mon people, are you this financially dunce?
Every dime I make on and advertised on this platform goes DIRECTLY into: Helping Hands for Dignity Coalition 501c3 and that money is used to HELP PEOPLE survive, eat and navigate a world of living in America, homeless. There are other facets to my activism, but it’s activism and as far as I’m concerned, it’s everyone’s duty in this country to be engaged. It is in fact your civic duty to be engaged in your local government.
What should you do with any proceeds you’re blessed with, for participating in your civic obligation to maintaining a free country? You might want to rethink why you’re doing what you’re doing, claiming to be fighting for standing for rights.
FACT: had I wanted to shift my priorities and turn my channel into a powerhouse of fast and prolific money, I could’ve. Very easily. But then I would’ve just been: a grifter. Huh? 😂

The most I’ve ever made in a month is around $600 and that was with video edits that were generously done for me.
I’m not anti police, I’m not an auditor, but I sure TF am not stumping for them or any other political talking bobble head and I’m a mother of a mouth of boys. People that know and follow me, know very well that I have zero problem letting any bad actor in government know what I think and when they are in fact doing it wrong & violating people’s simple rights. Because here in America, we’re not dependent on YT to uphold our rights!

We have a serious inactive people problem that has allowed GOVERNMENT TO BECOME MALEVOLENT in our free country with its divide, conquer and destroy mission and my fellow Americans want to use YT to change that?
Wake TF up selfish people. You’re still not paying attention.
Maybe that’s why I’m still standing while a bunch of you are whining about not getting paid?
