Fans of YouTuber and pepper spray aficionado Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker got an extended statement from the now demonetized social media personality as he talked about his plans to move to Patreon, his future appeal to YouTube and his general future plans in a livestream Thursday afternoon.

Kueker took no responsibility for his videos in which he used pepper spray on those who objected to his filming in public. The videos were filmed as part of a troubling and growing trend among auditors in which they provoke potential victims into touching their phones or cameras and then assault them with bear or pepper spray.

It is widely believed that the trend, highlighted by John “First Amendment Protection Agency” Medaglia vicious attack on a dispensary patron last month, was one of the reasons that force YouTube into demonetizing nearly 100 first amendment related channels on Monday.

Kueker addressed demonetization, stating that he had not even filed his appeal as of yet, since he wanted to see the tactics that others tried before filing his own. He also blamed “AI run amuck” for the mass demonetizations.

it’s a crying shame what’s going on and yes there isn’t a there’s there’s an uh there’s an option to appeal it I have not appealed it yet. I will though. One theory that I have, and I think is just as plausible Is, you know, historically we’ve seen over, especially over the last year, YouTube has allowed AI to run amok.

And AI has been Um not only deleting channel or not only demonetizing channels, but deleting channels outright uh wrongly. And it begs the question and it’s it’s no secret that YouTube needs to have human beings that oversee this kind of stuff. And it we’re not their first key, the first, the one, the 1A community, First Amendment auditor community, we’re not the first ones to Get smacked with this demonetization campaign or whatever it is. Uh it also happened to Like the gaming genre, it happened to uh the adult cartoons genre, it happens to a few other genres before us And so that could be it. We could just be taking our our rounds here as the next victims you could say It’s that’s gotta be it.

Here Kueker sided with SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’s reasoning that the masss demonetization occurred because Suffolk County Police Benevolent Association president Lou Civello contacted the Department of Justice.

The highest position in the Department of Justice in our current administration. And Sean thinks that this connection that he somehow has in this discussion that took place um somehow led to uh us being demonetized, that perhaps this was communicated top down, allegedly. So this this appears to be based on timing of different things and Sean gets into more detail on in his video if you want to go to Long Island Audits channel you can see the argument that he makes. It’s very plausible I hope that’s not I really hope he’s wrong. I hope that’s not what’s going on. I hope it’s just a mistake. Like it’s uh been a mistake in many other genres. But I’m trying not to let it uh marinate too much right now.

I’m just focusing on I’m kind of waiting to do my appeal to see what happens with other channels that have already submitted their appeal. That way I kind of know how to submit mine a little better, be more prepared for that, because I think you get one shot and after like say you get you get declined or rejected It doesn’t they don’t approve your if they don’t approve your appeal YouTube then you have to wait three months or 90 days uh to reapply And that would from September 21st, I think, is the last day to submit the uh appeal. Three months from that point, it’s like end of November. So that’s a long time for some of us. That’s That’s uh detrimental would be the word I would use um in my situation particularly because that is my sole income. YouTube is what I was living off of for the last about the last year now. I’ve been I went full time With YouTube.

It was enough to where I could pay my bills, take care of my family, that sort of thing. So for me it’s a it’s a huge huge hit And so I don’t like to do this, but I’m not gonna beat around the bush. I need help. I need help financially. Um just gonna say it Not asking those who can’t. I know we live in hard times right now. Most of you are living paycheck to paycheck or close to it. And so uh that’s most of our situation nowadays with the market, the housing market, but not just that, the economy in general is terrible.

And it’s expensive. Just to survive and live in an apartment, you know, uh complex. It’s it’s crazy. That’s where most people are living nowadays, an apartment complex. And uh rent is high, even for one bedroom, one bath is crazy.

Addressing his future, Kueker stated:

Uh so I’m asking for financial support, um, not necessarily for the for the YouTube channel. But for me personally, uh living expenses, that sort of stuff, just until hopefully this blows over, at the very least it’ll buy me some time to figure out what I’m gonna do to get another main source of income. And then and then start to really put more focus back into uh making uh content. Now, I’m not going anywhere, I’m not gonna be leaving YouTube entirely. That’s not gonna happen.

Um Just want to throw that out there. But I have been spreading myself thin a little bit, just trying to get some other things to turn on the other spigots and provide other platforms. Um for those of you who don’t want to support YouTube anymore or don’t want to uh or want to get more content quicker you can go to my rumble I just polished that up and I’m I’m starting to uh Download every single day or or upload videos every single day on there and also I’m using Facebook like crazy now. But I have no income coming in right now because YouTube was my sole source of income. So wanna let you guys know about these different avenues I’m um exploring uh to get to be able to get support but also provide something in return um content you know whatever else again I’m still gonna be posting on YouTube, but just not as much until you know I figure this out.

Kueker went on to ask his fans to support his newly created Patreon account, which has 25 free members and 1 paying member as of press time. His three on-going GoFundMe campaigns saw no action for Friday as SeanPaul Reyes won the day with $1,761.00 in new donations.

Reyes’s Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign brought in $1,200.00, his We the People v. Police Union Power campaign brought in $39.00 and his YouTube Demonetized Long Island Audit, Help Us Keep Figh ting campaign brought in $412.00 for the day.

No other campaigns that we follow saw new donations.
