Tuesday saw Jose “Chille” DeCastro return to court in Las Vegas, Nevada, to face a single charge of walking in the street when a sidewalk was available to demand his charge go to trial after rejecting a plea deal, on a day where his main YouTube channel was restored by the media platform.
DeCastro started the day in his car with another livestream from his “self-driving” Honda mini-van where he drove with one hand on a portable microphone and the other holding the camera.
Contrary to DeCastro’s previous claims about self-driving, a YouTube user on the ReallyCoolNewsWire Discord server captured DeCastro using his leg to steady the wheel while his hands were occupied. The screen capture also showed that DeCastro was driving with the strap of his seat belt pulled down with his left arm over the strap.
DeCastro immediately addressed his recent suspension from YouTube for a Sunday livestream that also apparently saw him suspended from Facebook as well.
The diminutive YouTuber stated:
My my live stream has been suspended for the past couple of days.
They suspended me on Facebook for a month. Uh, they suspended my YouTube channel for a little while, and now hopefully that’s over.
And they, they so my Facebook didn’t get completely demonetized, but I did get suspended from Facebook for a month for absolutely nothing. The. There we go. the censorship is just out of control.
It’s it’s just the censorship is just so out of control. I don’t even know how to. I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s the censorship is so unreal.
I apologize. I thought, oh man, I guess they, I guess they turned off my Instagram live stream too. They had my YouTube live stream turned off for the past three days. They turned I guess. No, I guess it’s only Tuesday. So yeah, three days. They turned it off Sunday morning and then and then they, they allowed my my YouTube to come back I guess this morning, I don’t know. I did a quick check this morning to see if it was on and it was.
So that was a good thing. It was. It’s a good thing. I mean, since they demonetized most of my friends on YouTube who are also First Amendment auditors and civil rights activists, I just kind of expected that I would wake up this morning and my channel would also be demonetized.
The failed Power Ranger’s main YouTube channel was not among those demonetized by YouTube this week.
He continued to address the recent demonetization of most of the first amendment auditing channels on YouTube, blaming President Donald Trump and the United States government for the action by the platform.
I have the letters, so I believe it came directly from the Department of Justice. I believe it came directly from the Department of Justice. I think that the DOJ, Trump and his cops sucking, uh, you know, Trump loves cops so much. I firmly believe that that the demonetization came from the Department of Justice came directly from the White House.
I just don’t know what else to think. I don’t know, I don’t I don’t know how that wouldn’t be true because when you have dozens of. And just in one sector, just First Amendment auditors, First Amendment auditors were all demonetized yesterday. I mean, literally, I know of three dozen at least.
There’s a list, including Long Island Audit, including First Amendment Protection Agency, including Casey accountability. I spoke briefly yesterday with Freeman. Freeman said that he he was he was not demonetized, that he knew of. But, um, but I, I don’t know, I don’t know. And then I think that Jeff Gray, I think Jeff Gray still monetized, but they, they took away the monetization ability for dozens and dozens of First Amendment auditors and civil rights activists.
So I think that we’re in a real predicament here, because I think the orders are coming directly from the white House. I now, when I when I did my research yesterday to try to find out if there would be any kind of legal recourse that we could take.
What I what I found out was that we would have to have the actual document from the DOJ, from Marco Rubio, from Trump, from I mean, I mean, from what’s that guy’s name from Oklahoma? Dumbest guy in the entire government, Mark Wayne Mullins, that guy. What a moron. So, but I think that we have been demonetized across the board.

Yeah, well, because the orders to Demonetize all First Amendment auditors came from the white House because it’s from Bay area transparency in California to Long Island audit all the way over in New York, new Jersey.
So if they demonetize from California to New York, from Florida to Maine, from Washington to Texas, then then I’m pretty sure that it was an order that came directly from the top. I got several letters from First Amendment auditors asking them exactly what they got. The letters are all identical that we’ve reviewed your content, and there’s some things in there that we don’t approve of. And so you’re demonetized, which is absolutely, uh, I, well, it’s an opportunity because you’ve got bails coming out and with YOUVEGOTBAIL, you have the opportunity to post your videos there.
And so I think that we’re going to my team. We’re working in overdrive right now to get you’ve got bail. We’re applying to the App Store this week, so we should have. YOUVEGOTBAIL. YOUVEGOTBAIL to new social media platform. Obviously, the main functionality of it is bailing people out, but there’s also the ability to post videos. So I think that we’re going to move everybody. I think that we’re going to have to be very careful with the words that I say. I think that we’re going to make sure that it says zero.
DeCastro would go on to blame a police conspiracy for his difficulty finding a parking place in the parking facility near the courthouse before ending the stream and going into the courthouse for his hearing.
As broadcast on Our Nevada Judges, DeCastro refused a plea deal of time served and a no contest plea and will go on trial on November 9, 2026.
