Regan Benson returned to livestreaming on Tuesday from the Littleton, Colorado, City Council meeting for a livestream focusing on a homeless friend and the exorbitant costs of body camera footage in the neighboring town to Denver, which was highlighted by 30 minutes of silence as Benson confronted her friend on camera.

The free-range grandmother explained that a homeless friend had been having mental health issues lately and was involved in an incident with police earlier in the month after which she was put on an involuntary mental health hold.

But first, Benson needed to recount every bad experience she ever had in Littleton. She explained that while folks are a lot nicer in Littleton than they were in Englewood or Denver, she once was accosted by police while in a supermarket. She also noted that while Coleen Norton is the best city clerk ever, there’s some mean people in Littleton.

Returning to the plight of her friend, Benson complained that when she went to purchase bodycam footage of the incident, she was told that it would be a flat nonrefundable fee of $75.00 to purchase the footage.

Benson was outraged as the $75.00 would be paid for four minutes of total footage.

Because of the cost, Benson had already e-mailed the chief of police and was in Littleton to speak out against the expense she would have to take on in order to help her friend.

Her friend was also at the meeting, as both she and Benson had signed up to speak as part of the public feedback portion of the meeting.

Benson would explain that her friend was known for bringing her belongings with her in an oversized wagon. The friend had been at the Englewood City Council meeting the night before and when she ran into problems leaving her wagon with security, Benson needed to intervene.

The sometime advocate for the homeless said that she was sitting outside the Englewood Civic Center, trying to make up her mind about going in as she was not planning on livestreaming when her friend came out of the building, crying.

She went back in with the woman and harassed Englewood police chief David Jackson about the decision by Englewood police officer working security that night not to let her friend store her belongings at the security desk. She said she went as far as to pull a chair next to Jackson and engage with him as he ignored her.

Her friend would eventually be able to speak at the meeting, where she addressed her belief that high frequency waves were being transmitted by the city and targeting the homeless.

That friend would speak in Littleton the next day, after Benson took her turn at the podium.

When that turn arrived, Benson gave a shout out to clerk Coleen Norton, telling city officials that the woman should never be allowed to retire, then really had nothing more to say other than that bodycam footage was ridiculously priced.

After finishing, she would leave the city council chambers to wait for her friend outside. Once her friend came out, Benson placed her camera facing herself as she muted, apparently confronting her friend for around a half an hour before returning to her livestream.

Benson predicted that she would be going to war with Littleton over the costs of bodycam footage in the future. This was despite having a pleasant interaction with Littleton police chief Gene Enley, who promised that he’d respond to her e-mail on the matter this week.

The YouTuber brought up her plan to escape Colorado in the future, stating that she had to “settle” issues before she could go. One of them was her appeal of her conviction for doxing a police officer, for which she said the case was moving forward and she expected would be upheld on appeal.

Benson took parting shots at Joel Bell of the Denver police force, the man she doxxed, before going into a tirade about Englewood City Manager Shawn Lewis, who was leaving his position at the end of the month.

Englewood’s criminal charges against her were apparently dropped, however, the exclusion from the Englewood Civic Center is set for a hearing in October. That exclusion does not apply to Benson while she awaits that hearing.

Benson ended the stream with a note that Luis “The Real Constitutional Upholders” Johnson is now writing a book on his experiences with Denver area police, including the incident where he was recently shot multiple times by police after shooting another man.

The YouTuber is expected to go live again sometime later this week.
