Activist, social media influencer and “modern Martin Luther King, Jr.” Lane Myers did yet another interview on Thursday, this time his second outing with social media giant Zachary “Liberty Troll” Kueker, in which the men cleared the air over past controversies and Myers attempted to explain new defenses for his up-coming evidentiary hearing to revoke his probation.
Myers has been incarcerated in the Pima County Adult Detention Facility since last month when he was picked up on an alleged parole violation. While Myers had begged for a gag order at his last hearing in the case to prevent himself from picking up new charges, he seems to have embraced his freedom to talk and has done interviews with various sympathetic YouTube channels over the past month.
It is noted that despite spokesperson Andrea “Illuminate the Dark” Dotson’s promise that Myers would be releasing nightly “Bedtime Stories” on her channel, he did not post new content to her channel Wednesday or Thursday night.
Kueker himself has had a recent conviction for trespassing charges in Polk County, Florida, which, according to our colleague NCR News, has resulted in a sentence of him working 20 weekends of menial tasks while under the gaze of the infamous Sherriff Grady Judd.
Myers dominated the discussion and the interview started with the pair making amends for on-going problems between the men since the last interview. Kueker claimed that he was unaware of any problems between the men, while Myers noted that their last interview resulted in new claims that he violated his probation.
The men talked about various topics during the interview, with Myers addressed long time critic, YouTuber Mer34st, stating:
Let’s talk about it. And he and he called me a retard and hung up on me. This dude’s a member of the bar association, so he’s got a whole nother thing coming when I get out of here.
Which, you know what I mean? It’s it’s He’s a nobody. He’s never filed a criminal motion. He’s never litigated a criminal case in his life. He does like Family Law, divorce law. Oh my bad.
Thank you. Uh, I was being too loud and uh they were dumb. And uh but yeah, don’t even give him the satisfaction of mentioning him, you know.
That’s what I that’s my my theory. Because I I gave him a chance to speak for himself on the phone live on my YouTube and he and he chose to like Call me a retard and hang up. So that that point that’s where I drew the line.
It was like, okay, this guy’s not serious. This guy’s not actually trying to like discuss the legal issues here in a in a you know what I mean? Yeah. In a in a news reporter type way. He’s just trolling. And if you call for it, that’s on you.
He then predicted the outcome of his on-going criminal proceedings:
I was making it like that’s why they went after my other half is because uh I’m making the like, hey bro, he’s exposing how this system is broken and he’s like single handedly taking out law professors. law uh uh lawyers, prosecutors, judges, he’s d he’s single-handedly running through this place like nobody’s ever ran through. Like you’re not supposed to be able to beat fifty four charges per se.
And I only pled guilty to two because it was let me I want to say this on your channel because you have a big channel. Rachel Stiles. I don’t want to hear you crying in court ever again about how I pled guilty You offered me an illegal plea bargain and I took it to get out of jail.
Make no mistake, that plea bargain will be overturned because you offered me an illegal plea bargain. So stop crying. And and and Rachel, the period for post conviction has not ended.
So if you were a good bullier you would know that I’m coming for you in the post conviction and your legal pea bargain will be overturned. And I got time for that. There’s no time period for that.
There’s you she’s confusing the fact that you can only file for uh ineffective counsel. Well I was my own lawyer, so I don’t think I’ll be uh accusing myself of being ineffective considering I got you to sign an illegal plea bargain So I just want to make that clear as we end this call that stop crying because I am innocent. There’s no factual basis.
The case law says that I didn’t commit any crimes, and as soon as I file my plus conviction, those convictions will be immediately overturned, and it’ll be like it never happened, and you will look stupid again. And of course I will sign a plea bargain that I know I can get overturned later. That’s called a per se genius.
And that’s what they don’t understand. There’s levels to this. And uh I know somebody that’s a lawyer and they used to tell me the joke at law school is that A students become law clerks. B students become prosecutors and C students become defense attorneys and smoke ’em all. So so you know what I’m saying?
