Hours after she livestreamed as Englewood, Colorado, police arrest a woman in an incident outside of a Mexican restaurant, YouTube sensation Regan Benson released a statement to her YouTube community page about a mediation session she had involving Denver police officers Adrian Enriquez and Kimberly Fuentes.
Benson went live Monday night after she claimed she was visiting some homeless friends in Englewood when she came across “cherries and berries” in a community parking lot behind the unspecified Mexican food restaurant in Englewood.
Two police officers were on scene with a woman sitting in a large tan SUV with a younger man serving as a translator for police and Englewood’s homeless co-responder observing the events unfold. A man wearing a yellow shirt and accompanied by two small children was screaming at police from the far end of the parking lot.
The woman was crying and screaming as she interacted with the young man, with Benson expressing concern to her viewers that the woman did not know that she had the right to remain silent and not to cooperate with police.
Eventually, the woman walked with police over to a nearby Englewood police cruiser, where she was given a bottle of water before being handcuffed and taken away by the female police officer.
Benson then approached the young man, who was now sitting in the SUV. Through translation software on her phone, she was able to ask the man about the event that had just taken place.
The man said that the woman was his mother and that his sister worked at the Mexican restaurant. He gave no details as to why police were arresting his mother, then identified the man in the yellow shirt as the owner of the business.
Benson would then ask if the man had someone who was bilingual who could represent him. When he replied affirmatively, she gave him her contact information and told him to have the representative contact her immediately.
Later in the evening, Benson released an extensive statement to her YouTube community page about a mediation hearing she had involving Denver police.
Benson wrote:
File a complaint on the cops, they’ll investigate and clear themselves. We all know how it works. yada yada yada
Denver has a process where the complainant can choose to go to mediation.
If you do that, the cops you go to mediation with are are absolved of any discipline.
Like they receive discipline anyway. Duh.
Denver’s cops get their union to negotiate all their sweet deals, so they can go around saving people from themselves while maintaining a solid foundation of qualified immunity for all the great work they do.
We’ve seen a great deal of the “great work” they do. It’s meaningful. 👍
Especially for all the people whose hearts they stop from beating, or whose lives are forever altered and destroyed because of their lies, betrayal, deceit etc etc etc.
I went to mediation with these two cops last week: Adrian Enriquez and Kimberly Fuentes.
As seen here, performing well for the government, in the course of their duties.
I can’t talk about what was discussed in mediation because I signed a confidentiality agreement but what I can do is give my opinion on certain things.
My latest thoughts are as follows: The Denver PD and Mayor Mikey remain loud n’ proud in full support of their cops and their warrior killer mentalities. These mentalities present at least 6 red flags of psychotic personality disorders combined with exceptional retardation of emotional maturity and intelligence within minutes of coming into contact with FAR TOO many of the Denver PD qualified immunity holders. This can lead to a lack of impulse control which in turn can land innocent people without a pulse and a skull full of lead.
The goal is to protect, foster and bolster this type of warrior for the government. We made it this way. We then rebrand this warrior and anoint them as hero’s. We made it this way.
Which at the end of the day is really no big deal for a whole variety of reasons one of which includes a DA by the name of John Walsh, interested in protecting the best of his best. The best that will continually get on the stand and lie to secure his high conviction rates needed to complete his resume of earthly successes before walking through the inferno pearly gates of ______ in what awaits him and others like him.
