YouTube sensation Jose “Chille” DeCastro went live twice over Saturday and Sunday, with two distinctly different livestreams where he was either loaded with new cash or he was sick of having to beg for money to the point where he seemed to swear off crowdsourcing… despite spending most of the year promoting his future company based on crowdsourcing.
DeCastro is currently fundraising for $15,000.00 on GoFundMe towards a high-powered lawyer in order to get him off the hook from his latest arrest for refusing to give his social security number when he was booked for the more embarrassing charge of walking in the street when a sidewalk was available.
Instead of taking the ‘L,’ and simply paying a fine or taking a deal to clear his record after keeping it clean for a set point, DeCastro is working towards spending $15,000.00 of his fans’ money to clear his name so he could ultimately sue the Las Vegas Metro Police Department yet again in another for profit lawsuit.
$15,000.00 for a chance for future fun and profit over the stupidest five second arrest of DeCastro’s life (so far).
During this time, where cash is tight for DeCastro, he’s somehow paid for a new printing of his “indestructible” trifold (redesigned to make is simpler to use!), said he paid for a new printing of his 5A Cop Cards (also redesigned) and a possible new printing of his 5A auto plaque product.
Plus, we’ll find out if he found the $3,000.00 for transcripts of his failure in court earlier this year, as his appeal brief is due later today in his appeal of that loss to the LVMPD.
Friday night, DeCastro seemed to be happy about his place in life. Watching one of many anti-police videos featuring women in distress for the night (a trend he carried over from the night before), DeCastro scoffed at the thought of $1,500.00 being a lot of money.
DeCastro watched as a female member of the Air Force had her window smashed after refusing to comply with orders from the police. During the search of her vehicle, Police found a stack of $50.00 bills, totaling $1,500.00.
It was at this point that DeCastro scoffed at his audience and the video and declared that he routinely carries around large amounts of cash as his rent alone is $3,500.00 a month and that he needs to physically transfer cash from one bank to another each month to pay his rent.
DeCastro largely ignored the fact that he had not made a sale for Friday evening and would eventually end the stream early due to an “emergency,” while leaving the impression that he was flush with cash and that he didn’t need help as he always had money available to him.
Saturday night’s livestream told a different story. In a little under two hours, DeCastro devoted every moment to promoting his products. Now he was strapped for cash but wanted people to buy his products instead of giving to his GoFundMe as he was tired of e-begging.
At this time, we again pointed out that DeCastro’s YouVeGotBail.AI business was designed entirely around DeCastro running individual crowd sourcing campaigns to e-beg for bond to those who would pay him $25.00 or more a month to provide them with a get out of jail for a fee card.
DeCastro announced that he had given away upwards of 130 trifolds last month and had given away 124 trifolds last week alone. That’s nearly $3,000.00 in sales DeCastro gave away last week simply because he wants the world to know that he is a swell guy who has kick ass products that are worth… nothing, since he devalues them to through constant two for one sales and giving away a trifold for every trifold sold.
The diminutive YouTuber added that he’s never been great with money, once going broke in 2021 when he didn’t realize that YouTube took 40% of super chat earnings. He gave $10,000.00 to a woman he was helping out of his own pocket, only to receive $6,000.00 from YouTube in the next month’s payout.
DeCastro thanked some friends who stepped in and replenished his cash as he had literally given away all of his funds, stranding him in Ironton, Ohio, without a penny to his name.
On the Ironton front, he again announced that he would no longer be pursuing a lawsuit against the Ironton, Ohio, police force not because that the current lawsuit was 90% dismissed the other month and the statute of limitations had run out, but that he had tried twice now and could not get justice in Ohio.
He also announced that he would be coming out with a 10-part documentary on the death of James Sheets, the “husband” of the woman DeCastro went broke trying to help.
After two hours of attempted sales and no giveaways, DeCastro retired for the night, letting his fans know that he still needed urgent sales of his products and if they were “flush with cash” they could find it in their hearts to donate to his GoFundMe.
DeCastro is expected to hold another “fire sale” later today.
