Chille DeCastro’s NIGHTLY Trifold ‘Giveaway’ Livestreams Raise Questions

Jose “Chille” DeCastro has ended his long-winded series of “fire sale” livestreams over the weekend, replacing them with a controversial series of “giveaway” livestreams where he uses funds from sales of his trifold product to provide a “free” copy to someone in need.

DeCastro’s advertising style has been in question as he’s labeled some of the livestreams as “free trifold giveaway,” with a set number of trifolds that he intended to give away, without disclosing the fine print of someone needing to buy a trifold in order for DeCastro to provide a trifold to “giveaway” to someone else.

The Giveaways seem to be a way for DeCastro to burn through old product as he’s announced new and improved versions of his 5A Cop Card, 5A Auto Plaque and “indestructible” trifolds over the past few days.

He noted that a new batch of the 5A Cop Cards was due soon and stated that he updated the card as he “was not the Constitutional Law Scholar he is now” when he wrote the first version of the card.

It is unclear where DeCastro, who has previously claimed that the 5A Cop Card products cost him $7,000.00 to produce, was getting the money to produce new printings of his merchandise. DeCastro himself claimed to be “broke” and was relying heavily on his GoFundMe to fund his on-going legal troubles in Las Vegas as a source of income.

On the GoFundMe front, the fund to help out Luis “Real Constitutional Upholders” Johnson took Monday with $55.00 in new donations. He was followed by SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes, who brought in $10.00 to his Detained for MY Rights – Continuing the Fight for OUR Rights campaign.

DeCastro took the win for Tuesday’s take, bringing in $505.00 from a pair of donations to his Help Me Defend My Constitutional Rights fund. SeanPaul Reyes took second place with $300.00 in new donations to his Support The Fight Against Tyranny Together fund.

The First Amendment Protection Agency took third with $25.00 in donations to his ILLEGAL ARREST DEFENSE FUND!!!

No other campaigns that we follow saw new donations for the two-day period.

DeCastro’s Monday night livestream was especially feisty as the YouTuber seemed upset at the world as he addressed his fans. He singled out police officers for being somehow “below” him in intelligence if anyone worked jobs that he described as “menial” before “giving up” and becoming police officers.

Controversially, the former Power Ranger made repeated statements that police could not match his “education” and that anyone working in menial positions were also unqualified to command him.

His arrogance on display, he continued to single out female police officers as “DEI hires,” while describing the lives he verbally fantasied each new police officer as having when they appeared on the videos he featured on the broadcast.

DeCastro seemed overly concerned about lip sweat on the broadcast, as he called sweat on his upper lip his “sweaty mustache” and said he hated seeing it during playback of his livestream. No mention was made of his frequent lip smacking and tongue displays, which has become quite the subject of debate on DeCastro forums.

Updating his political goals, DeCastro claimed that would have to run for political office in “Hispanic” states because his name was “Jose Maria DeCastro.” He then changed his list of potential states to run for office in to California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. New York, which was in previously included in the list, has apparently been excluded from the last from his belief that it lacked a significant Hispanic population.

The diminutive YouTuber also announced that he may run in two years for a “house” position in whatever state he was going to target, but instantly second guessed himself and said he may just hold out to run for governor in four years.

DeCastro is expected to do another “giveaway” later today.
