Lane Myers supporter Joshua Gray went live to his YouTube channel Saturday morning while driving to an undisclosed location and addressed Myers’ arrest, accusations of retaliation on the part of Pima County, Arizona, and to make a plea for funding as Myers has $1000.00 due on a credit card in the next few days.
Gray is one of the two people that Myers is prohibited from directly or indirectly contacting during the course of his probation after he took a plea deal last year that resulted in his conviction for one count of felony Stalking and one count of felony Aggravated Harassment.
Gray, who says he was provided notes by a person who was at Myers’ court hearing last night for his initial appearance/arraignment for a probation violation, denied all allegations that he has been in direct or indirect contact with Myers.
The frantic Gray further told his audience that he would “prove” that he was not a moderator on Myers’ YouTube channel later today by posting on Myers’ channel then looking for his comment with a sock account. When the post does not appear, it will “prove” that he has been completely blocked by Myers on YouTube.
YouTuber Gray admitted that most of his information about the hearing was second or third hand and had not been verified. He complained that Pima County does not allow streaming or personal audio recording of hearings. Gray also stated that he made a request for the audio recording of the hearing.
Gray believed that Myers’ next hearing would be an evidentiary hearing on August 6 for the motion to withdraw his probation which would be followed by sentencing on August 11. This information was incorrect as August 6 will be a hearing for oral arguments on Myers’ motion to change the conditions of his probation with the evidentiary hearing for the motion to withdraw his probation on the 11th.
No “sentencing” hearing has been scheduled as of press time.
Gray implored his viewers to make donations to Myers’ GiveSendGo account as Myers allegedly charged his filing of lawsuits to the card and that his girlfriend stated that Myers has $1,000.00 due in the near future. Our own court reporter has added that Myers directly said at last night’s hearing that he had charged $1,000.00 for court transcripts to his credit cart that was coming due.
Myers’ GiveSendGo has had approximately $15.00 in new donations since Gray’s broadcast. A full report on his earnings will be included in our reporting later this weekend.
Gray was present in Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s livestream last night and received a verbal commitment from DeCastro to “put money on Lane’s books.” The comes despite Myers describing DeCastro as someone who was “on pills” and his belittling of DeCastro’s life’s work on a recent livestream.
According to Gray, despite Myers being held at the Pima County Adult Detention Center, he is not eligible for commissary as he is in the wrong part of the facility. Any funds directly donated to his prison account will go towards usage of a community tablet that will provide him with the ability to make phone calls and access the online law library.
Myers himself stated during his detention last year that there was one tablet per pod of roughly eight people. The Pima County Adult Detention Center reportedly made changes to policy last year after Myers used his phone privileges to appear on livestreams while incarcerated.
Lane Myers’ next court hearing will be held on August 6, 2026, and he will be held in the detention center without bond until that date.
This is a developing news story.
