We’ve come to the dreaded News Round Up portion of the broadcast as it is Labor Day Weekend and most of the auditors we follow have gone dark and we have a lot of bits and pieces of stories to cover that might not have enough information for a dedicated story of their own.

  • “Turtleboy” Aidan Kearney claims that his YouTube channel received a content strike during Wednesday’s broadcast and has been suspended until Saturday, September 7, 2024. He has directed his fans to watch him on Twitter or Rumble.
  • Kearney hoped aloud in Tweets last week that he’d like his association with Karen Read to land him an appearance on the Joe Rogan show with Read.
  • Kearney is also using his allegations of police misconduct in the Sandra Birchmore case to show similarities in his own case of witness intimidation and the Karen Read murder case. Often reporting “facts” from the three cases interchangeably as if he’s a central figure in all three.
  • Regan Benson has made no new YouTube content in two weeks. She had briefly rebranded her YouTube page following the Englewood City Council’s decision to change their rules on public comment two weeks ago. Her next chance to test the new rules comes on Tuesday, when they’ll have their holiday delayed next public meeting.
  • Floyd Wallace has also gone MIA. The YouTuber was expected to leave for Colombia on an extended sex tour last Wednesday, provided he got his passport problems resolved. If he made it to Colombia, he hasn’t live streamed as of yet, nor has he updated his channel with his current status.
  • Craig Hendry also seems to be taking an extended break from putting out videos. His last video was released twelve days ago and featured his supposed victory over a contempt of court case. We’ll keep an eye out for more updates from his many court cases in Indiana.
  • As Direct D made waves the other day by calling out fellow auditors, most viewers also missed The Angry Vet and Taco Terry taking swings at him Friday morning before the Angry Vet’s latest court hearing. The pair mocked his role as enforcer for the auditing community and told him to bring it on.
  • Finally, Jose “Chille” DeCastro is set for trial in Maryland on Tuesday for Misdemeanor Harassment (90 days in jail/$500 fine or both), Telephone misuse (3 years in jail/$500 fine or both) and Harassment via Electronic Communications (3 years in jail/$10,000 fine or both) in charges brought on behalf of former partner Collin “Project Constitution” Campbell. Despite hiring an attorney to represent him in the case, DeCastro has contested this case does not exist at the Jose Maria DeCastro in the case is listed with a birthdate of September 11, 1964, instead of September 11, 1974.

That’s it for our news round up, we’ll be back to normal stories on Tuesday.
