First Amendment activist Jeremiah Payne shared an emotional tribute to his mother on his Saturday livestream, continuing his plea for $250.00 to have her cremated, while sharing that he was with her as she had the fatal heart attack that ultimately ended her life and announced that he was considering suing paramedics who did not respect her “Do Not Resuscitate” instructions.

Payne’s 19-minute-long stream was held on the side of a road in the Nashville area from a mini-van with his dog, Skittles, at his side. The YouTuber explained that he had just finished a job interview and that he was still in need of money to bring his mother home.

Explaining that he had no other choice but to cremate his mother, despite her fear of “being burnt,” Payne started into a story of how his mother had a downpayment on a burial for $4,000.00. He said that the funeral home demanded another $4,000.00 from him immediately or they would not honor her contract.

Payne said he refused the $150.00 a month for six years payment plan that the funeral home apparently offered him, going into an extended conversation about how people needed to pay to be born, pay to live and pay to die in society.

Recounting his mother’s death, Payne explained that he was late getting to his mom’s house on the day before her death due to heavy traffic. When he arrived, she had sent him to the pharmacy to retrieve her pain medication.

When hospice arrived, knowingly or unknowingly, Payne implied that the hospice nurse on scene did something to his mother’s pills as she crushed them up as his mom lost consciousness for the final time ten minutes after the nurse left.

Payne said that when he laid his head on his mother’s arm for a final time, his wife screamed and summoned paramedics as his mother had stopped breathing. Paramedics were summoned and despite Payne and his wife telling the paramedics that his mother had an ”do not resuscitate” (DNR) order, paramedics continued work on his mother as a copy of the order was not on scene.

The YouTuber claimed that he would be suing the paramedics as he claimed that the paramedics broke six of his mother’s ribs continuing attempts to revive her over his protests and even after presenting the DNR document by the hospice nurse.

Payne would go on to lash out at the world, stating that he had over 20,000 subscribers and that he shouldn’t have to have such a hard time coming up with $250.00 from such a large user base.

Strangely, recounting that his mother left him all of her possessions, Payne indicated that he would be throwing out most of the items at his apartment that he would be replacing with her possessions. If what he had said was true about the quality of the items she had left him the “70” Television” she left alone, may have been enough to make up the $250.00 he needed if offered up on Facebook marketplace.

Payne made an unrelated call back to his previous trespass from a Tennessee area White Castle. He said that he would be filing a new complaint about the officer who solicited the trespass, claiming that the officer had lied to the manager of the White Castle.

The YouTuber indicated that the officer told the manager that he and his family were selling candy on White Castle property, when Payne’s previous story of having a right to be in White Castle’s parking lot because he had previously bought an item there, was changed to he and his family innocently selling their items off property.

Eventually lamenting the lack of attendees to his spur of the moment livestream, Payne would eventually break down and end the stream, later posting, “Guys we are still a little over 200 dollars from having the money to get my mom cremated, if anyone can help please let me know.”

It is unclear if Payne, who has renamed his channel “𝕃.𝔻.𝕆.𝔽. RIP Mom,” will actually end his channel, however, he has not posted new videos or comments since his final post on the livestream.
