DMA Reunites with Benson

Regan Benson’s bi-weekly speaking campaign against the Englewood, Colorado, City Council saw the unexpected return of Christopher “Denver Metro Audits” Cordova Monday night as the convicted felon joined Benson to record the city council meeting.

Cordova and Benson’s friendship had allegedly been severed last year after Benson’s actions in organizing several raids using large amounts of auditors on the Sheridan, Colorado, City Hall had resulted in multiple arrests of Cordova and then girlfriend Teresa “Sweet T” Neal.

Before the arrests and the apparent end of their friendship, Cordova, Neal and Benson had been inseparable, carrying out multiple protests and demonstrations withing Englewood and Sheridan last year and providing a formidable trio that would essentially “tag team” police or public officials who they confronted.

Cordova was essentially a background player during Monday night’s events, holding his multi-purpose camera stand and quietly engaging with Benson. He did not actively live stream the event and seemed to be there more in support of Benson’s efforts than for personal profit.

The meeting itself featured the debut of Benson associate “MJ,” a formerly homeless woman who is currently doing her community service for a dumpster diving arrest through Benson’s non-profit. MJ delivered a speech during the community feedback portion of the City Council meeting, lavishing praise on Benson for all her efforts helping the homeless in the area.

Benson, who had previously spoke out against any cheering or reaction during the city council meetings, encouraged the assembled crowd to clap and cheer for MJ after MJ finished her speech. Benson then went into her standard attacks on the Englewood City Council for their policies that she claims will “outlaw” homelessness.

After the event, Benson promised that she would continue to fight for “economic responsibility” by the Englewood City Council and that major changes would be coming.
