Lane Myers Fights BACK Against Harsh Probation Conditions

In a follow up on many late-night live streams featuring what only could be called “The Lane Myers Experience,” First Amendment advocate Lane Myers filed for a change of the special conditions of the probation sentence he received last year after taking a plea deal in Pima County, Arizona, Superior Court.

Myers pled guilty to one count of felony stalking and one count of felony harassment after an extended saga where Myers essentially stalked the wife of a Tucson area prosector who had handled one of his cases.

The YouTuber received two terms of three-years of probation to be served concurrently and was ordered to take down all videos on his YouTube channel in relation to the victim of his crimes. He was ordered not to direct his followers to contact the victim in any fashion and has been ordered to grant access to his social media and YouTube accounts to his probation officer.

He also received a lifetime injunction preventing him from contacting the victim in the case and her family, Myers was ordered to have no contact with Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray and Mark “Reluctant Prophet” Kelly, who essentially served as what some considered to be his mouth pieces during his incarceration.

After some back and forth over removing the videos, Myers eventually relented and followed revised instructions that clarified which videos were to be taken down. Myers then all but abandoned his YouTube platform until May of this year when First Amendment advocate James “James Freeman” Springer was arrested in Arizona.

Myers’s initial videos consisted of critiques of the case against Springer and his thoughts on Springer in general. Once Springer was released from jail, Myers turned his attention to his previous brushes with the law.

Around the same time, Josh “This is a Public Service” Gray started replaying some of Myers’s old videos.

In his post-Springer videos, Myers began to revisit his 2025 conviction and began to share his thoughts that his sentence was unfair.

Myers filed his motion to modify conditions earlier this week, repeating most of the same ideas that he had been floating in his hours-long livestreams.

He wrote:

Myers believes that the current conditions are not supported by existing case law and statutes, deprive him of due process, and exceed statutory limitations as they are currently written and enforced. Specifically, Myers argues that the following conditions are unlawful as currently written and enforced….

Do not engage in activities that would be reasonably expected to cause others to harass or contact the victim or her family

Remove all videos from YouTube and social media that mention the victims or her family, including identifying information about them

Do not post information about the victim or her husband and 2 kids on YouTube or social media

Do not associate with or communicate directly or indirectly Josh Gray or Mark Kelly

According to brief analysis by YouTuber Merb34st on his Discord server, Myers’s brief is a haphazard mix of citations from California and Federal law without many citations of actual Arizona laws. From our observations, a lot of it repeats the previous arguments he made last year when he opposed the same terms and conditions of his probation.

In his proposed conditions, he asks for the court to specifically state where his victim works and asks for the modification that he’d be able to name the victim and her family if he was discussing “public records, publicly available information, government contact information or information contained on government websites.”

This is a direct reflection of his defense from his trial last year when he claimed that showing his victim’s address and telling his fans to contact the victim was legal because her address was listed on a public website.

While his arguments were rejected last year and Myers was sentenced to his current probation conditions over his objections, it is unclear how the court will rule this year after taking a second look at his arguments.

Attorneys for the state or the victim have yet to make a public reply to Myers’s filing. No hearings have been scheduled to hear Myers’s motion as of press time.

This is a developing news story.

Lame is playing a dangerous game. If he violates his parole they will stuff him in cage for three years and forget he was ever a person to begin with. No contact means NO CONTACT. No some, maybe just a little, kinda, sorta, just a nudge now and then, It means no contact. If they could prove he had a campfire and was sending smoke signals to or about his victims, they will send him down river. Like swiss cheese in Colorado, shot 14 times by the cops and merely going to hospital near one of the victims, like he was going to be able to get out of his chair with 14 holes in him. The courts did not care. And in he went. Lame is about to FAFO. They mean no contact. So his first three requests will be denied. The last one? The two spoke people for his cause? Since they were not charged with any crime in association with Lame, there may be some room to move on that, maybe. For example, Jim Finch, reporter extraordinar reported on many things. But if says the court, no contact, then no contact it shall be. But over time, distance you could return and ask the court to allow contact as Jim was not involved and not charged. How the court will go forward could be more open to allowing Lame to communicate with his spoke people on a limit basis so longas they do not conspire to break his probation.

But two things to note here.
This is a dangerous game on Lame part. He is still obsessing over the lady and it has been how many years? That is psychotic. Hence proving he is indeed a stalker and dangerous towards her.
The fact that he was “clarification” shows he wants to go back down the same path he was walking before he went to jail. This is not healthy. It will lead him back to jail. Only this time, it is not a criminal trial, it’s a probation hearing. There is not the same protections as you would have in a criminal trial. It is post conviction and that makes it a lot easier to violate him into prison. When that happens, they can lock him up for years at a time and extend his probation period for that much longer. Lame’s obsession with this person will only end up with him serving more time in prison and or jail for his behavior. Sad to say, this is not normal behavior and even sadder, what usually happens, when head cases obsess over people, it ends in jail or 6 feet under.

Hopefully. Lame will seek medical help and treatment else I fear there are worse things to come in this file.
