Jose “Chille” DeCastro livestreamed twice on Sunday as troubling patterns emerged with his frantic campaign to raise $25,000.00 by June 20, 2026, to fund his YouVeGotBail.AI “social media platform”, the nature of that platform and what exactly he would do with the money from his current GoFundMe campaign.
DeCastro started the afternoon with an exclusive Instagram update as the activist, failed Power Ranger and inventor of the Jock Sock updated the status of his on-going fundraising efforts on behalf of the costs associated with his YouVeGotBail.AI product.
In nearly 24 hours since DeCastro had announced his immediate need for $25,000.00 from his fans on Saturday he completely changed the stated goal for the money. While originally the money was solely going towards paying off a patent attorney and paying the start up costs for his business, he now added the money going towards his court costs for his seven active lawsuits as well.
He directly stated that $3,500.00 of the money is earmarked to pay for transcripts in his appeal of his failed lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police Force, and another few thousand would be devoted to paying to serve police officers in his other unrelated federal lawsuits against police and other entities.
None of this information has been made available to his potential doners on his GoFundMe page as of press time.
Instead, DeCastro warned his audience that they may hear negative things about him, including that he had a criminal record, or that he had failed at some of his previous lawsuits “at trial” and instructed the audience not to believe anything unless it came from him.
DeCastro expounded further in his YouTube livestream held Sunday night, with even more troubling patterns emerging about the actual development of the “social media organization” and purpose of YouVeGotBail.com.
When originally presented, the general idea was that YouVeGotBail.AI would be an organization devoted to getting subscribers out of jail on bond when they were arrested.
The general assumption was that DeCastro would be using the money taken in by monthly subscriptions to fund bond, as promises were made that subscribers on certain subscription levels would have bond available and would be freed from confinement within eight hours of arrest.
Over the weekend, DeCastro asserted that the delay would now be within an hour or arrest. However, now the source of the money used for bond would not be in reserves from the YouVeGotBail.AI platform itself. Instead, the platform would host an individualized crowdfunding campaign that DeCastro would create to get the subscriber out of jail.
He offered no guarantees of success for the individual crowdfunding campaigns. Instead, he boasted that he helped get over 20 people out of jail through previous crowdfunding campaigns as proof that he could successfully carry through on his fundraising goals.
On Saturday, DeCastro bragged of a set finish date of June 20, 2026, and that “trolls” would have to watch as he successfully raised the money he needed and would return to First Amendment auditing with the backing of the YouVeGotBail.AI platform.
However, DeCastro’s fundraising successes have been challenged over the weekend as he has not met daily goals for the $25,000.00, he is demanding from his base to finish the YouVeGotBail.AI platform.
DeCastro earned another $170.00 in Monday’s crowd funding take, bringing his two-day crowd sourcing total to $420.00. His campaign was followed by the fund for James “James Freeman” Springer, which brought in $50.00 for the day and Angel “Kansas City Accountability” Moses, who brought in $10.00 to his crowd sourcing campaign.
To meet his $25,000.00 goal, DeCastro needs to bring in roughly $2,048.33 a day for the next 12 days.
Perhaps as acknowledgement of the difficulties that DeCastro is experiencing in making his financial goals, he announced on his Instagram that those seeking to bypass the GoFundMe and directly invest in the YouVeGotBail.AI product could now do so starting at $5,000.00. This is down from the previous demand of $10,000.00 from individual investors he made on Saturday.
We will continue to monitor DeCastro’s efforts as the week begins and questions remain about his crowdsourcing campaign.
This is a developing news story.
