An excited Jose “Chille” DeCastro took to his main YouTube channel Saturday afternoon to announce that he needed to raise $25,000.00 in two weeks to secure the patents for his YouVeGotBail.AI service as he promised that the service would launch on June 20, 2026, and that he would be out auditing on that day.
DeCastro made a plea from the roughly 200 concurrent peak audience members during the three-hour broadcast, which he extended to a follow-up stream on Instagram after finishing on YouTube, as he explained that he needed $12,000.00 to pay money he owed a patent attorney and the other $13,000.00 going towards funding the business.
He bragged that he would make the money and that the “boot licking trolls” would have to watch as he successfully launched his product. He joked that he was “e-begging” before getting serious and explaining that he was in dire financial straits as his two-week suspension from YouTube cost him the $25,000.00 he was set to earn and put towards the business venture.
DeCastro explained that he had personally invested $50,000.00 in the project, with another $50,000.00 from a “private equity firm,” and “thousands” invested by his fans. He also said that if anyone wanted to bypass the GoFundMe and directly invest, he would only take in investors starting at a $10,000.00 price point.
The diminutive YouTuber’s GoFundMe raised $250.00 in its first day of existence, taking the crowd sourcing title for Sunday. He was followed by $50.00 raised by Angel “Kansas City Accountability” Moses, $28.00 raised by SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes’s Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption fund, and $20.00 earned by Central Tyrant Investigations.
Based on the first day of earnings and with 13 days to go in his time limit, DeCastro would need to raise approximately $1,903.85 a day to meet his goals.
DeCastro made several significant boasts about the YouVeGotBail.AI service during Saturday’s livestream starting with the turn around time from arrest to freedom from jail.
He stated that every subscriber to the service would be issued a single identification number and a “button” on their YouVeGotBail.AI app tied to their personal account. Once activated, the YouVeGotBail.AI servers would track their precise location, and his agents would contact the emergency contacts on file for the account. From there, his agents would have the subscriber free from jail within one hour.
He did not expound on how he would be able to guarantee one hour freedom in all 50 states.
DeCastro also explained that subscribers to his service would also receive a laminated press pass issued by YouVeGotBail.AI Media. He did not share which organizations would accept the press passes, but assured that with the press pass in hand, his subscribers could sue police for denying them their rights as press.
The failed Power Ranger turned his attention to police videos as he anxiously awaited a massive flood of new donations.
During a video, he was surprised when a follow up video led to former friend of his channel, Jason Dollarhide’s plight.
DeCastro explained that he had paid $100.00 of his own money towards Dollarhide’s commissary account each week in Oklahoma jail up until his own 2024 jailing after being convicted for interference in a traffic stop and obstructing an officer.
He said that he had lost touch with Dollarhide after being released from jail and stopped contributing Dollarhide’s account as he just didn’t have the money any more to give to his friend.
The YouTuber also seemed unaware that Dollarhide was currently doing 15 years in Oklahoma prison for assaulting a police officer with his car.
DeCastro would turn slightly on his old friend, stating that if he could help Dollarhide out, he would, even knowing that Jason Dollarhide was abusive towards his wife Heather.
Heather, DeCastro explained, divorced husband Jason because she was being threatened by Child Protective Services that they would take the couple’s daughter away if she continued to associate with her husband. He then added that after the divorce, Heather lost her child to foster care.
DeCastro made the plea to Heather Dollarhide to contact him to get back in touch before turning his attention elsewhere.
The YouTuber promised he would be livestreaming again on Sunday.
This is a developing news story.
