Friday was another remarkable day in the world of Jeremiah Payne, who posted a new YouTube video berating the police for apparently trespassing him from a Nashville, Tennessee White Castle’s parking lot.

Payne released the following statement with the video:

Nashville cops showed up and trespassed meet went in and got me trespassed from White Castle cuz I was sitting there I had just walked back over to the car where me and my wife and daughter were selling candy at the CMAs Music fest in Nashville and because I didn’t buy something recently they went and got me trespassed they are assholes I want everyone to call the Metro Police department and file complaints on these three tyrant a****** cops all because he don’t like me I’m going to get that body cam footage and when I showed that I don’t say that to him I am going to sue the f*** out of him for violating my constitutional rights and my wife and daughters by making us all have to leave the storage on my phone ran out that’s why the camera died I got to delete a lot of videos

The video itself started with a group of police officers approaching Payne, who was located at an extreme end of a White Castle parking lot. According to Payne’s account, he and his family were selling candy in the parking lot when the officers approached.

Inquiring about the status of Payne and his family, the officer explained they received calls about the family from people driving by in their cars. The officer added that White Castle will more than likely want them off their property and Payne offered to move off of the property.

Payne changed his mind initially, saying that he’ll stay as long as possible. Then stated that he’ll leave, but his wife and child will stay. The police said that this was the second time they had to come out and that the callers said that his daughter was in distress, which may result in a call to Child Protective Services.

When Payne was asked for his identification, he refused to give his name or show his identification. He was asked if he purchased something from the White Castle, he said he purchased something around noon and the police officers noted that it was now 5PM.

Payne threatened the police that they would “go viral” and that he would sue the police if they gave him a trespass warning. They then told Payne that his wife and daughter would have to move off of the sidewalk as they were obstructing passersby.

Now enraged, Payne warned that if an officer touched him, it would be “game on.”

He also claimed that it was okay to stay in the parking lot for as long as he wanted to as he made a purchase. He also claimed that there was someone else who “was there longer” than Payne, who had just left before the officers arrived.

Payne’s video ended shortly after a police officer returned from inside the White Castle and indicated that the establishment had requested a trespass.

There are two versions of the video, with the first being age restricted by YouTube. The first version of the video has had 65 views while the second has had 69 views as of press time.

It is unclear if Payne’s call to action resulted in a mass flooding of complaints to the Nashville Police Department.

This is a developing news story.
