It’s Wednesday, so we have our usual Twitter drama out of the Canton, Massachusetts area, with Kate Peter and others focusing on the identity of a mysterious sock account that has been threatening pro-O’Keefe family accounts and defending Karen Read.

I now have confirmation that the notorious troll account (Hailey W.) that has been tormenting an SA victim to help Aidan [[#TurtleBoy](https://twitter.com/hashtag/TurtleBoy)](https://twitter.com/hashtag/TurtleBoy) Kearney is indeed a former Catholic priest named Mark Murphy.
Murphy’s car was located and it matched photos posted to the Hailey account in the early months of 2024.
From what I understand’ Father Murphy fell in love with his seminarian during his time in the priesthood and eventually left the profession because that person was a man.
In turn, Murphy went on to work with a former Boston city councillor before falling off the map entirely.
Murphy then opened a website called The Jennings Report (that targeted the same victim on behalf of Kearney), was exposed because he forgot to hide the domain registration and then deleted that fake profile entirely.
Only then did Murphy return on the Hailey W. account.
When this was exposed and confirmed last week, Murphy began issuing threats after pictures of his family were located online.
In one such deal, that confirmed his identity, Murphy demanded all mentions of his name in connection to the Hailey account be removed (under threat of criminal retaliation against the person in question, apparently).
At this point, because of the extensive criminal liability facing the Hailey W. account (including as a result of releasing protected court documents about children) it is my understanding Murphy, himself, may now be under investigation.
Murphy has also been sent pictures of that victim (and her children) in recent days, apparently by a PI tied to Aidan Kearney who has been following #KatePeter (Kearney’s former colleague) and #JenMcCabe (a witness in the #KarenReadTrial).
This is a breaking story. More as a I know it. Presumed innocent, etc.
