Jose “Chille” DeCastro’s bad week got worse on Saturday as his main DeleteLawZ YouTube channel was suspended apparently for two weeks after a short video he released Saturday afternoon was removed from the service for containing nudity.
DeCastro uploaded a short entitled “Woman Gets Thrown in Jail For Getting Lost on the Roadd!” shortly before noon Eastern on Saturday, which was removed from the service for violating their policy on nudity or sexual content and DeCastro was suspended from live streaming or posting on the service soon afterwards.
This is DeCastro’s second suspension within a 90-day period. He had originally been suspended on his main YouTube channel back in March after he posted a short entitled “Cop Bullys and Sl*ms Teen!” that was removed from the service.
Since DeCastro’s 90-day window from the first strike does not end until mid-June, the ban is expected to last for two weeks. A third strike within the same period would result in permanent channel loss.
DeCastro’s fans were alerted to the suspension as they waited for his livestream to begin on Saturday afternoon. After he missed the scheduled start time, word began to spread from DeCastro that his channel was suspended and that he was in contact with YouTube in order to get the suspension lifted.
After apparently failing to have the suspension lifted, DeCastro appeared in the side chat of the scheduled livestream to tell his fans that he would be circumventing the ban by streaming on his DLZClips channel.
The suspension comes at the end of a bad week for DeCastro. Early in the week he released his long-awaited Constitution HQ board game in PDF format to low sales. The $70.00 all PDF edition of the complete board game is listed as selling two of the 5,000 PDF units available for sale.
His low sales may be due to the fact that the long-awaited board game is in PDF format and carries a huge price for an electronic release. As it was designed to be played in a physical format, users are required to print out of 500 to 1000 double sided cards to play the game. The expense involved in printer ink, paper and other materials could double a user’s expenditure in the game before getting the chance to play the game.
DeCastro’s one-time protégée, Oklahoma based Heather Chandler, received the news that her current lawyer has decided that he can no longer work with Chandler in her defense from DUI charges.
The diminutive YouTuber himself received bad news at mid-week as he was told that he had until mid-June to show proof of service in his second lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police department.
DeCastro filed the lawsuit against members of the LVMPD just days before the two-year statute of limitations ran out in February. The lawsuit involves a Valentine’s Day 2024 arrest in downtown Las Vegas where DeCastro crossed police tape multiple times in order to confront police officers at a gas station.
The officers were finishing up with a crime scene involving a fatal car crash and DeCastro was arrested when he refused to follow their instructions to leave the area. While charges were pending for months, ultimately, the Las Vegas District Attorney declined to prosecute the case and it was dropped while DeCastro was serving time for his 2024 conviction stemming from a 2023 incident with police in Las Vegas.
DeCastro has until mid-June to provide service in the lawsuit or else face a dismissal.
The failed Power Ranger and inventor of the Jock Sock’s suspension from YouTube is expected to be over by May 30, 2026, if he is unable to get it overturned. As in past suspensions, his new content should be found on his DLZ Clips channel.
This is a breaking news story.
