In what some are saying is a true sign of the end of times, Jose “Chille” DeCastro released his long-awaited Constitutional HQ “board game” in PDF format on his website on Tuesday, ending a nearly two-year string missed deadlines, broken promises and embarrassing blunders on the part of the Jock Sock creator and failed Power Ranger.

Starting as an idea before his jail stay in 2024 for charges that were later overturned on appeal, the Constitutional HQ board game supposedly was fully developed while DeCastro was a guest of the Clark County, Nevada, Correction Facility.

According to DeCastro, he assembled pieces of the game from wadded up toilet paper, erasers and other items he found around the jail. His intention was to provide a version of the extremely popular 80’s board game “trivial pursuit” centered around the constitution that could be sold to schools.

At one point the diminutive YouTuber announced that he had plans to sell the physical board game in both big box stores such as Target or Wal-Mart and would have the game for sale by Christmas 2024.

An obvious novice to board game sales, DeCastro initially set the price of the game’s presales at $50.00 based on going to his “local big box store” and seeing the prices of other similar board games.

The game would eventually progress to a quasi-card style game, which never fully was explained to the public. DeCastro used a mix of AI and overseas creators to generate the artwork for the cards.

This led to an infamous livestream where DeCastro claimed to have spent $10,000.00 at one point to have a prototype stack of oversized cards (measuring roughly 3”x5”) created. His intention for the livestream was to have his fans proofread the cards so he could make changes to the product. However, DeCastro gave up after approximately 14 cards due to the vast grammatical and spelling errors on the cards his viewers found on the initial cards presented to them.

After missing several deadlines and receiving a $100,000.00 estimate to print the game from his local print shop, DeCastro would eventually halt pre-sales and refund the money taken in from the handful of sales he had made.

The project went dormant for the second half of 2025 until being revised as part of DeCastro’s refocused YouVeGotBail.AI program. While he again missed months of deadlines, he released the full game along with individual packs of cards on Tuesday in PDF form to his website.

The now printable card game offers DeCastro’s version of American History and the Constitution. It has not been certified for classroom use and requires tremendous effort by users to print out and assemble the game.

DeCastro is charging $70.00 for the complete game, with one sale recorded as of press time.

In more DeCastro related news, Heather Chandler, the Duncan, Oklahoma, based woman DeCastro attempted to help last year after he claimed she was being stalked by a local police officer made news again after her attorney asked to be removed from her defense.

Attorney David Kanehl filed a motion with the court to be removed from the lawsuit on May 5, citing that Chandler had failed to abide by the terms of her contract. Kanehl indicated that he has instructed Chandler to seek new representation and that the state has no objection to the motion.

A hearing has been scheduled to hear Kanehl’s withdrawal request has been scheduled for June 5, 2026.

DeCastro’s related GoFundMe accounts were again silent for Wednesday. Roy “Pigs Under Pressure” Tripoloni’s Support James Freeman’s Pretrial Release Fund, now renamed to “Support James Freeman,” won the day with $2,576.00 in new donations.

Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault placed second for the day by losing another $10.00 in value due to interest rate changes between CAD and USD.

DeCastro apparently declined to participate in the second day of fundraising for James “James Freeman” Springer, who currently resides in the Pima County jail.

We will continue to monitor both DeCastro’s board game news and the on-going efforts to raise Springer’s bond and provide updates as they happen.

This is a developing news story.
