Former Power Ranger, creator of the Jock Sock and future candidate of “government” Jose “Chille” DeCastro is facing questions from fans and followers as Thursday begins due to his failure to intervene in three high profile cases that would be perfect outlets to show off the fundraising power of his YouVeGotBail.AI program.

While still in fledgling form, DeCastro was so confident in his product that he promised a “complete rebrand” 30 days ago and had told his fans that he was abandoning his main DeleteLawZ channel and focusing on that “complete rebrand.”
At that time, DeCastro had said that he was in talks with financial experts to secure “up to a million dollars” in funding and that he had already put over $100,000.00 into his product through early investors. He was excited, he was the master fundraiser, and things were going swimmingly for himself and his plans for the future.
While he didn’t directly say that the “complete rebrand” meant that he would be rebranding to his YouVeGotBail.AI product line, casual viewers were left with that impression as he was over the top about the rebrand and the bright future of the product.
Within days, DeCastro seemed to forget about the project, focusing again on producing the same tired old anti-police livestreams that have seen his viewership drop significantly in recent months.
There were also questions about the operation of YouVeGotBail.AI and how DeCastro, as the owner and operator of the product would handle providing bond to those people he either had negative encounters with or those involved in controversy.
We saw glimpses of it last Saturday when Charles “AnCapCopWatch” Baldwin got arrested at the site of SWAT team activity in New Mexico. As he’s prone to do, DeCastro started a fundraising livestream because he had to get Baldwin out of jail. No one should rot in jail if he and his fans (and YouVeGotBail.AI in its prototype form), could get him out of jail.
As DeCastro was seeking Baldwin’s name and date of birth, he was informed by a friend that Baldwin would not go in front of a judge until Monday and that Baldwin had disparaged him in the past… which saw an almost immediate end to any fundraising by DeCastro on behalf of Baldwin.
It wasn’t the implied lack of immediate need for bond, as DeCastro most recently continued fundraising for Chuck Bronson release from a Florida jail even after it was clear that former NFL star Warren Sapp was going to pay the bond for Bronson out of his own pocket.
But with Baldwin? A smirk emerged on DeCastro’s face, and no further mention of Baldwin was made since Saturday.
Baldwin was lucky enough to be released on his own recognizance on Monday after seeing a judge, but the “what if” remains in place. Will DeCastro pick and choose who YouVeGotBail.AI helps, especially if they’re subscribers?
This week DeCastro has gone silent as three prominent YouTubers are either sitting in jail or in need of an influx of support.
DeCastro ally Audit Them saw his nemesis, Dave “Dr. Dave” Coulter get a continuance in his defense against Audit Them’s attempts to get a protective order against him in Cook County, Illinois, domestic violence court.
Coulter has managed to raise over $3,000.00 for legal representation, while Audit Them has raised next to nothing. As DeCastro has always maintained that he had close ties with Audit Them, a fundraiser should be a no brainer to help Audit Them with his legal goals and would be a good promotional tool to show off the altruistic nature of YouVeGotBail.AI.
James “James Freeman” Springer sits in jail in Arizona after a domestic violence incident and low speed police chase over the weekend. Springer’s fans are telling everyone who will listen that the arrest was a setup and that the government is conspiring to put Springer in jail.
With DeCastro crediting a call from Springer as one of the few things that kept him going while he was in jail two years ago, and how the two had patched up their differences, again, this would be a no brainer in showing off how YouVeGotBail.AI would fight “government tyranny” in order to make sure clients are taken care of properly.
Finally, second amendment advocate Luis “Real Constitutional Upholder” Johnson is confined to a hospital bed after a police shooting on Sunday. Johnson’s family has set up a GoFundMe account on his behalf and are seeking help with both his pending fight against the government and his recovery from being shot multiple times by Denver police.
Again, there have been rumblings of a government conspiracy and that Johnson was a black man who was armed at the wrong place and the wrong time when police were looking for an armed suspect in another shooting. The story is everything DeCastro has promoted on his livestreams for months now and would be a perfect display of DeCastro’s anti-police stance should he get involved in fundraising on behalf of Johnson.
But DeCastro has remained silent as these prominent YouTubers are clearly in need.
Instead, he’s filing responses to doomed lawsuits where he admits the actions that caused the criminal charges he’s fighting but still claiming lack of probable cause or he’s playing around with his twitter account and whining about being a “retired” first amendment auditor.
The time is now for DeCastro and his YouVeGotBail.AI to come through for people in need and DeCastro will again let his opportunity to show the need for his product pass him by.

We’d like to hear your feedback on this editorial. Is DeCastro doomed to mediocrity or will he somehow pull things together to launch the “major social media platform” and bail bondsman replacement service that he’s promised for months now?
