Chille DeCastro’s Bold Legal Stunt: Judges to Get Unusual Service?

Monday saw the filing of one of the stranger requests by YouTuber Jose “Chille” DeCastro in his lawsuit against nearly everyone who was involved in his conviction and acquittal of charges in Las Vegas in 2023 for obstructing an officer and interfering in a traffic stop when the YouTuber asked for the right to notify one of the two judges he’s suing via e-mail and another by publication.

DeCastro had previously refused to accept that Justice of the Peace Ann Zimmerman, who convicted him of the charges in 2024, had retired in 2025 and was not working at the place he attempted to serve her for the past year.

In the new filing, his hired private investigator (PL&E Investigations, LLC, “a licensed investigative firm”) noted that Zimmerman was indeed retired, but, strangely said he tried to serve her at her “official judicial address” and at her  last known residential address where a neighbor said he didn’t recognize the name when the PI inquired.

PL&E Investigations, LLC, now claims that Zimmerman is using the alias “Ann Z. Langford” and “Anna E. Vannoy” and he was unable to serve her apparently under any of the three names, resulting in DeCastro requesting the ability to notify the judge via publication in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

According to the PL&E Investigations, LLC, Judge Michelle Leavitt uses the aliases “Michelle L. Fitzpatrick” and “Machelle Mecham Leavitt,” and a known e-mail address (MLFjudge@apl.com) that was independently confirmed by a licensed investigator.

DeCastro is requesting the ability to serve Leavitt via e-mail at that known e-mail address, or should that request be denied, include Leavitt in the proposed notice in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

The diminutive YouTuber had previously had an April 24, 2026, cutoff to prove service to both judges or face the recommendation that the case be dismissed against them. As he says he does not have access to the national Electronic Filing System, the filing was dated as mailed on April 24, though filed on April 27.

There has been no ruling by Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler on DeCastro’s new request as of press time.

DeCastro also returned to live streaming on Wednesday and was much more subdued compared to recent streams. The inventor of the Jock Sock did not devote time to attacking Isreal or swearing at police officers and was fairly unexciting during the three-hour broadcast.

He announced that he had finally finished his Constitution HQ related instructional videos, which he said would be released to the public on Thursday. He offered no updates to the actual offering of the Constitution HQ board game for sale in PDF form on his website.

The failed Power Ranger also provided no updates on the planned fundraiser he said he would be holding “this week” to fund the transcripts of his recent trial loss to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. DeCastro had previously claimed to need $3,800.00 to fund obtaining the transcripts to be used in the appeal of that loss.

DeCastro has not reopened his GoFundMe associated with that trial and his other related GoFundMe accounts were again silent on Thursday.

YouTuber Doctor Dave won Thursday’s crowd sourcing title with $96.00 in new donations towards his Help David Fight False Claims and Harassment fund.

SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes placed second with $10.00 in new donations to his Detained for MY Rights – Continuing the Fight for OUR Rights campaign.

Finally, Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault rounded out the day by losing $2.00 in value from his Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit due to conversion rate changes between CAD to USD.

No other campaigns that we follow saw new donations for Thursday.

So let me get this straight. chilli is asking for permission to serve by email or public notification 2 judges who in their official capacity did what he thinks is wrong. So unable to sue them that way, he devised a clever scheme to say they did this in their personal capacity so he can sue them. But thus far cannot find them in order to serve them either. So the court is playing him along, wasting his time and letting the clock tick out. Because even if he does serve them, they will merely hand his paperwork to a lawyer paid for by the state to handle this frivolous lolsuit.

The judge knows this to be the case, and is just stringing him along with made up deadlines. What happens if he cannot serve them in any case? He will file his suit against them in court and have a judge make a ruling and then go collect on that… where again? Remember he cannot find them to serve them. But suddenly he can/will in order to get money?

At some point, you have to sit back and go, this is not a rational person. He has no case, they have immunity in all actions as judges. Everything he alleges is based on their actions as judges. So, he is going to try to get them in any way, shape or form he can just to bother them? So they will have to pay for lawyers? He also does not know, that because they were employed by the courts, they get free lawyers. No matter what he says or claims about suing in their personal capacity.

So basically, he is wasting his time in an effort to get two other people to waste their time on his lolsuit. And it is costing him money, filing and PI etc.
All in an effort to be dismissed on first contact. So he can then appeal it to the higher court.

Yes, that is not nuts, it is full blown insanity.
