It was another thankless Monday for YouTuber and future “government” Jose “Chille” DeCastro as he returned to livestreaming Monday afternoon with an extended rant about his impressively high insurance rates, a promise that his warrant issues in Ironton, Ohio, would be taken care of this week, a look ahead to his hearing in Las Vegas set for this week and news that he may be abandoning his rebrand.
The diminutive YouTuber shocked his audience with a rant about the 160 new speed cameras implemented by police in the Los Angeles area. He loudly complained that the police shouldn’t be able to charge someone for speeding when they’re doing 70MPH in a zone marked 60MPH.
He complained loudly that his insurance was now $600.00 a month on his self-driving minivan and said he had two tickets that he would be fighting in court on April 21st. The YouTuber also showed a parking ticket for $93.00 and made it clear that it was unfair to ticket someone for parking and that he did not have an extra $93.00 to spend right now.
DeCastro seemed unaware of his recent 30-day pledge to rebrand, again, stalling on the issue of either starting a new channel completely or doing things to jump start his algorithm on his current Delete LawZ channel.
He said that he would never livestream again in the vertical format, despite low numbers when he livestreamed in horizontal format. As part of his improvements designed to “fix the algorithm,” he said that he had improved the lighting of his videos. How a lighting change will impact things was unstated, but he assured his fans that it would help out.
Turning his attention to Ironton, Ohio, he again insinuated that police officers were having inappropriate intimate relations with high school students and again claimed that his new lawyer had arranged for a video arraignment for charges related to his jumping bond years ago in Ironton, Ohio.
DeCastro has expressed fear of being “murdered” in the Ironton jail and has refused to return to Ohio to resolve a years old warrant after he fled from trespassing charges.
He has talked about his new lawyer intervening and clearing up the warrant in Ohio for over a year, and asserted that the lawyer would be acting later “this week” on his behalf.
DeCastro is also due in Las Vegas area on Thursday of this week. The YouTuber is set to act as his own attorney in a hearing to resolve the motion to dismiss Clark County and Assistant District Attorney Agnes Botelho from one of his many on-going lawsuits.
The jock sock inventor and failed Power Ranger seemed confident that he could prove that neither Botelho or Clark County would be dismissed from the lawsuit as he was suing them in their personal capacities, which he claimed were not covered by any judicial immunity.
Finally, DeCastro was granted an extension last week to file his supplement brief and updated proposed order in his lawsuit against YouTuber John “Irish Demon” O’Dea. O’Dea has not responded to the lawsuit and the new deadline for filing the supplemental brief is May 27, 2026.
As usual, none of DeCastro’s blustering did anything to revive the GoFundMe accounts he’s associated with.
Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit lost $9.00 in value due to exchange rate changes between CAD and USD on Sunday for the “win” for the day.
Monday saw him win with a gain of $8.00 in value due to the same changes and Tuesday saw him win with $42.00 in value in USD due to exchange rate changes.
No other campaigns that we follow showed any activity for the three-day period.
