Just two days after her last statement on YouTube about the evils of the Denver Police Department following her conviction for doxing a police commander, free range homeless activist, sometime grandma and poundcake lover Regan Benson released a new attack on Denver District 3 Sergeant Brian O’Neill.
This time, Benson provided a link to a CBS news article on an investigation into Denver Division Chief Magen Dodge, which she claimed was O’Neill’s internal affairs file. She also claimed that when she previously posted the link, she was arrested three weeks later despite the news article being dated March 4, 2026.

In her latest statement, she dared O’Neill to lie and drum up another “bogus” arrest for her. She promised that she would soon release damaging transcripts from O’Neill’s attempts to get a civil protection order against her last Fall.
Benson posted:
Seven months ago I posted this. It’s Sgt Bryan Oneills’ IA file. It’s a matter of public interest and record.
After I posted this, about three weeks later I was being arrested again, by his boss.
Then I was arrested again, by him, two weeks after that.
So, I’m posting this IA file again.
Go ahead, tell another lie Bryan, for another bogus arrest.

He testified in my trial last week to try to help his boss, Joel don’t ring my Bell, sell his: I’m scared of Regan story. In the process he got impeached on the record. He was none too pleased.

Wait until I start releasing the transcript Bryan, of all the lies you told Judge Conboy over there in your attempt to get a protection order on me.
You might want to pop a Xanax or three from the evidence room. I’ll try to forewarn you. It’s going to be VERY embarrassing. More people are going to know what a dangerous and deranged cop you are.
Apparently, according to this IA file, Bryan stopped being a bad cop after 2015 with the help of Megan Dodge, who’s now being disciplined, in private. Weird.
The Denver PD is one of the best in the nation for high standards and ensuring the right people are in the right positions.

Benson and Sgt. O’Neill have had a long history of conflicts in the Denver area as part of encounters during Benson’s work with the homeless. O’Neill unsuccessfully sought a protective order against Benson last year. Benson likewise failed in a lawsuit against the City of Denver for denying her a spot on a citizen’s advisory board around the same time.
We will continue to monitor Benson’s claims against the police Sergeant, the Denver police force and others as her sentencing for essentially doxing police commander Joel Bell approaches.
