The bad month for self-proclaimed “game changer” Jose “Chille” DeCastro continued this weekend as his main Delete LawZ channel has apparently been temporarily suspended by YouTube for violating its content policies.
DeCastro posted a short on Friday entitled “Cop Bullys and Sl*ms Teen!” that now comes up as “This video has been removed for violating YouTube’s Terms of Service.” Immediately following the video’s removal, DeCastro stopped posting on his main channel and started posting on his DLZ Clips account.
Receiving a content strike by YouTube results in a one-week suspension on posting, live streaming or editing. The strike remains active for 90 days and if he gets two more in the 90-day period, he may lose his channel.
While some viewers may get their hopes up that DeCastro’s channel is at risk, and others will express concern that he may lose his channel, it’s unlikely that DeCastro’s main channel is going anywhere. He has had strikes before, he’s been suspended before, he tends to go dark for the 90-day period.
This is during a time when DeCastro has upped the controversies that he is promoting. Right now, he has been alarmed by the on-going conflict between the United States and Isreal and Iran. DeCastro has been posting extreme anti-Isreal memes on his YouTube community page which often run up against the borders of YouTube’s anti-hate policies.
He is also posting controversial memes about the Epstein files. This included a highly censored image of a underage person where someone in his comments then posted a link to the unedited image. This is not a great look for someone who aspires to be “government” of California one day, let alone a YouTuber who is setting himself up for a rebrand.
On that note, DeCastro’s YouVeGotBail YouTube name made the rounds this weekend. The account itself says that it was created on August 21, 2023 and has 51 subscribers. Of those 51, GloriaAd has posted in reply to a post reading “THIS IS A NEW CHANNEL DEDICATED TO 1ST AMENDMENT AUDITS, FILMED/PRESENTED IN HORIZONTAL 1920 X 1080.”
Speaking of his YouVeGotBail.AI product, as of Sunday night he has sold six of the individual plaques for $234.00 in earnings. He has sold two of his two plaque sets for $148.00 in earnings. Finally, he has sold two units of his three plaque sets for $198.00 in sales.
Overall, he’s moved 16 units total for $580.00 in sales at the end of the first week of his product’s lifecycle.
The suspension of his channel, even for a week, is not going to help get his product out there or help to meet funding goals. DeCastro has said that the sales of the product are what is going to fund the overall YouVeGotBail.AI product launch. At $580.00 in public earnings for the week, there is no way DeCastro can afford a nationwide roll out of his product any time soon.
In other news, DeCastro had until March 21 to file proof of service or show why he hasn’t made any progress in serving the defendants in his case against twenty John Doe police officers involved in a pre-Thanksgiving 2023 traffic stop.
The Court was unable to issue summons because the defendants are all unidentified. In his complaint, DeCastro will identify the defendants through the discovery process. Though it seems unlikely that the lawsuit will be allowed to go to that discovery process with 20 John Doe defendants.
Since the deadline fell on Saturday, most courts give leeway to extend the deadline to the following Monday. DeCastro also does not have access to his electronic court filing account and has yet to be granted ECF access in this lawsuit, so any further paperwork from DeCastro will need to be filed via U.S. mail or in person, giving DeCastro a bit more time to make his filing.
The diminutive YouTuber’s remaining GoFundMe campaigns saw no play for the weekend.
Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault “won” Saturday by losing $4.00 in value due to CAD to USD exchange rate changes.
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes won Sunday with a $10.00 donation to his Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption campaign.
Hudon-Huneault’s campaign gained $13.00 in value to win Monday.
No other campaigns that we follow saw donations for the past three days.
