Everyone’s favorite free-range Grandmother and sometime activist for the homeless, Regan Benson, made a return to the comments section of her YouTube page with a stunning negative critique of the Judge overseeing her upcoming criminal trial at the end of the month.

This guy is an imbecile.
He fits in well in Denver County courts.
Had you tuned into our motions hearing last week, you would’ve seen this guy show up to court more than 30 minutes late and then off the bench within 10 minutes of the motions hearing beginning because he claimed he didn’t have any of the exhibits entered by my attorney, ON THE RECORD, from our previous court appearance.
He comes back out of his closet with a stack of papers and says he found everything sitting in a pile in the corner, left by his predecessor so he hasn’t had time to review it and asks to set the hearing over.
Uh huh.

So onward into the motions hearing… he displayed multiple episodes of : hole e phuck, I’m so lost right now what do I do next moments of brain fog.
This guy is a former Denver DA prosecutor. He thinks he’s STILL a Denver prosecutor and behaving as one from the bench. He’s decided to make up his OWN FACTS of the case to fit his ruling and was continuing to do that during the motions hearing, trying to get my attorney to agree with him.
Some judges have a really bad habit of doing this when they’re shoe polishers for da cops.
There truly is a reason the vast majority of imbeciles like this guy are ONLY qualified for employment with the government. It’s called imbeciles unite for guaranteed paychecks and ZERO accountability or competition.
We had pre-trial conference today with Judge Sham-job who’s setting the rules for the Sham-job trial- that is now fully dependent of an informed jury that can wade through the BS Sham-job is going to pull the day of trial. Should be entertaining.
You’ll want to tune in March 25th between 830 -10am depending on when Judge Sham-job gets his ducks in a row to get my trial under way.
This judges demeanor WREAKS of an insecure ego maniac fool NOT well versed in law or very well respected by his peers. He’s a condescending over compensating man of great stature. 😂
Guy is a box of rocks on full display.
He won’t even make eye contact with anyone. When I was asked to introduce myself to him while testifying during my motions hearing, he physically shifted his chair so he could turn his body and look away from me.
He says I’m bias and even calls me a liar in my testimony. (see page from his ruling) Needless to say he denied our motion to dismiss with involved, deep and thoughtful intellect. 😂😂😂
A judge accusing someone of lying on the stand is pretty serious stuff, is it not Judge Sham-job?
Well, if you change the facts of the case to coincide with the cops story, of course I’m the liar, Judge Sham-job.
Bias. Uh huh. Judge Sham-job Friday the 13th clown show is, not bias and a genius chomping at the bit to SHINE!
