It was another bad weekend for Jose “Chille” DeCastro when an unsettling roadblock in the one thing he was expected to win this year – a lawsuit against John “Irish Demon” O’Dae – took an unexpected turn and his decline into far-right madness continued.
DeCastro has been known for spectacular promises and even more spectacular failures over the years. His promises on changing the world through board games, constitutional studies, “indestructible” traffic aids, inspiring autobiographies and even reshaping the bail bondsmen system have all been deemed failures due to dep delays and over promises.
The one bright spot has been the lawsuit against Irish Demon.
DeCastro is suing for various things related to Irish Demon allegedly using his copyrighted material without permission, misrepresenting himself in the DMCA process, and the 2024 hack of DeCastro’s channel that saw YouTube temporarily deleted his channels.
He has an outside attorney handling it, he doesn’t seem to be interjecting himself to doom the process and, most importantly, Irish Demon is currently on the verge of defaulting in the lawsuit.
There’s literally one more hearing before a magistrate judge recommends the default and a U.S. District court grants it. DeCastro has a number of options from there to garnish Demon’s YouTube accounts and put leans against Demon’s holdings to obtain whatever winnings he’ll be awarded from the lawsuit.
It’d be a huge win for the cash starved DeCastro. He already owes Michael “Blue Bacon” Pierattini $15,000.00 in sanctions from a lawsuit he lost last year, and he will soon owe roughly $18,000.00 and $8,000.00 in the Judge in his recently lost case against the Las Vegas Metro Police Department grants them court costs and fees.
He also needs a huge sum of money to start up his “You’ve Got Bail” bail bondsman replacement service, more money to print up his new version of his “indestructible” trifold due this week, and his board game – which he swears is still alive – is also a pending project for the year.
The win and a cash award from the Demon lawsuit would certainly jump start some of his financial needs. If only, Demon’s main channel was not demonetized.
If only Demon’s main YouTube channel and source of revenue was not suddenly demonetized, making possible garnishment impossible.
Our own investigation using the YTLarge website confirmed that Demon’s main channel is not currently monetized. A check of the channel itself shows broken links to member’s only content and no ability to buy membership.
It’s unclear when Demon’s channel became demonetized as he hadn’t announced the development. His last livestream that earned super chats, according to Playboard, came on Christmas day 2025, where he earned $5.00 in new super chats.
Revenue has been on the mind of DeCastro lately, with the YouTuber apparently purposely killing his main YouTube channel with a pivot to anti-Isreal content. Over the weekend he announced that he would be focusing on banning all Jewish politicians from the United States government and continued his attacks on what he said was the “Zionist” influence that has been behind such things as the 911 terrorist attacks, the pandemic and Jeffery Epstein.
On his latest livestream, DeCastro announced that he fully expected YouTube to delete his channels while he was on tour for his “You’ve Got Bail” project and that he would have to rely on his fans to repost his content in a grass roots effort to keep his influence alive on YouTube.
DeCastro also abandoned his use of YouTube’s vertical format, likely due to revenue issues. Vertical streams earn discounted revenue much like YouTube shorts. Even with a recent stream seeing over a million views, DeCastro’s earnings for that vertical stream were a mere fraction of what they would be had the stream been presented in horizontal format.
The diminutive YouTuber’s Saturday stream, which featured more attacks on those of the Jewish faith, was presented in horizontal format and has been seen by 4,500 viewers, compared to his last two vertical streams, which received 18,000 and 144,000 streams respectively.
With revenue sources quickly drying up, DeCastro may revive his recently paused GoFundMe campaign, which became dormant a little over a week ago.
SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes won Sunday with $100.00 in new donations to his Detained for MY Rights – Continuing the Fight for OUR Rights fund.
The First Amendment Protection Agency won Monday with $20.00 in new donations to his ILLEGAL ARREST DEFENSE FUND!!! Jonathan “Frauditor Troll” Hudon-Huneault’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit placed second with $13.00 in conversion adjustment revenue.
No other campaigns we follow saw donations for either day.
