A jovial Regan Benson released a new statement to her YouTube Community page about Denver District 3 police sergeant Brian O’Neill after obtaining a transcript of O’Neill’s statement when he attempted to get a protective order against Benson last year.
Benson wrote:
What happens when cops lie?
A: they get raises and promotions.
So you remember this guy, right?
His name is Bryan Oneill and he is in a mid life cop crisis.
You see, he’s been a seriously raunchy hog HuMpE’R and it’s catching up to him.
However, the DPD foundation in all things of strong greatness in hog huMPe’R cheerleaders aka as police unions, work very hard to protect this EXACT kind of cop.
A LIAR, a drama princess and very likely a cop that has gotten away with… m^*#*r.
This guy has lied and lied and lied and lied…. and has been fully supported in ALL of it.
Well, this time, this judge was smart enough to at least recognize he was LYING.
However, she failed to hold him in contempt of court for lying from the beginning when he went into the civil side of the courts, in uniform, in his position as an empowered genius of the hog hum*%r family, seeking a permanent protection order against me.
It was comical and maddening. You had to be there. Bryan didn’t know he had to come to court and face my attorney, who then mopped up the hog dung remnants Bryan left on the floor…with Bryan’s face.
Bryan might have some learning disabilities that DPD and the city has been accommodating for many years now.
Make no mistake however, he’s still allowed to end anyone’s life at anytime with impunity.
He just can’t read, write or mostly get through his ADL’s…. in his official capacity of course. I’m sure he’s a genius out of uniform
😂😂😂
I can’t wait to share the ENTIRE transcript with you of this hearing, but for now, here’s just a sliver of it. Where he’s caught in THEE LIE on what he filed to even be there in the first place.
He should have went straight to jail from this hearing.
I certainly would have had I pulled this 💩.
The transcriptionist has him listed as the witness too, since he had no witnesses and testified as his own witness.
😂😂😂
This guy is SUCH A flippin’ idiot. He made the WHOLE THING UP.
Benson followed up her statement with an extended livestream from her SUV on Monday where she devoted most of the time to berating sergeant O’Neill, accusing him of perjury and calling for him to be dismissed from his job.
The sometime free range grandmother from Denver got both good and bad news to follow this up in her on-going lawsuit against the city of Englewood, Colorado.
The lawsuit essentially contends that there is a vast conspiracy among those working in the Englewood city government along with the public library to silence her. It questions procedures and policies put in place following her arrest for allegedly harassing an Allied Security guard in 2024. While the official charges against her were not pursued, she was banned from the City Council Building and the Library for 90 days.
Benson had a requesting a hearing to go over the position of both sides in the lawsuit as a result of the defense filing a motion to dismiss, which resulted in the defense requesting an official report and recommendation of the Court through a magistrate judge.
The hearing request was vacated and Tuesday’s report and recommendation by Magistrate Judge Kathryn A. Starnella left Benson’s claims largely intact. She removed some defendants from certain charges, affirmed Benson’s stance on others and gave her opinions on the complex matters in front of her.
Starnella’s biggest ruling came when she established that Englewood police could reasonably assume probable cause based on the reading of the law; though she clarified that what the statute reads as harassment would be first amendment protected speech if it applied to a police officer.
Both sides now have 14 days to file any objection to the proposed findings and recommendations, then another 14 days to respond to the other party’s responses.
Benson is seeking declaratory and injunctive relief, economic damages, compensatory damages, non-economic damages, punitive damages, a formal written apology from each defendant and mandatory training for city workers to prevent future similar misconduct.
