Fan proclaimed “King” of all First Amendment auditors shocked fans Tuesday during another explosive livestream where he berated fans for their opinions about on-going ICE activity and then announced his intention to run for Congress in 2028.
Reyes said that he intended to run as an Independent for New Yorks first district seat currently held by Nick LaLota, a Republican, chastising the sitting congressman for not living in the district that he represented.
While he claimed that he never put more than his best effort into anything, Reyes said that he didn’t feel that a 2026 run would be possible due to time constraints. He also mockingly said that he could run as a Democrat, win the seat, then renounce the Democratic party and take an independent stance.
He asked his fans in the area to support him as he planned on campaigning using his billboard truck and he would need help from his fans in the Connecticut and New York areas to go door to door to get the word about his campaign out.
Reyes also pledged that he would bring cameras with him wherever he went while he served in Congress and that his top priority would be to amend Title 42 of the United States Code, Section 1983, which prevents citizens from suing federal employees.
This goal was more than likely inspired by Reyes’s recent encounter with border patrol agents in Texas. After that event he stated that he could not sue the federal workers but would instead use his electronic billboard truck to protest outside of their homes.
A GoFundme he set up to fund the protest has taken in $16,284.00 out of a goal of $18,000.00 as of press time. It is unclear if he will abandon the intended protest goal and repurpose the crowd sourcing campaign to fund his Congressional efforts.
Reyes appeared to be serious while making his announcement but didn’t follow up the announcement with a community post or more information about his planned run for Congress. This left some fans to wonder about his real intentions and if the announcement was a prank or part of recent anti-fan campaign.
Since attending anti-ICE demonstrations in Minnesota last week, Reyes has encouraged his fans to unsubscribe from his channel if they disagree with his views. Tuesdays live continued this trend as he was combative with members of his side chat and eventually abandoned his talking points in order to continue criticism of his fans.
Reyes noted that attendance at his live was down significantly, pulling in a little over 1,200 attendees at peak, where he usually brings in over 8,000 viewers at a time to his livestreams.
He mockingly said that he wanted to know how many subscribers he’s lost, while repeating his recent claim that for every 100 subscribers he lost, he would replace them with 1,000 new subscribers.
Tuesday’s announcement did nothing to help Reyes’s multiple GoFundme campaigns, which have seen donations fall dramatically since he has taken an aggressive stance against those in his side chat.
Jose “Chille” DeCastro took the top spot for Wednesday as a single $1,700.00 donation helped propel him to the win as he took in $2,140.00 for the day.
Our own Ongoing Expenses fund followed in a distant second place with $150.00 in new donations.
Frauditor Troll’s Help us Fight this anti-free speech retaliation lawsuit campaign placed third with $11.00 in gains due to exchange rate donations.
Finally, Reyes’s Detained for MY Rights – Continuing the Fight for OUR Rights campaign placed fourth with $5.00 in new donations.
This is a developing news story.
