YouTuber and newly declared historical figure Craig Hendry released a produced video on Saturday detailing his fight against the system, his blacklisting from getting a job, and his denial of a recent motion to have charges dismissed against him in Greene County, Indiana.
Hendry, who has gone missing from both of his civil lawsuits as his P.O. Box addresses are proving to be problematic, focused on his dealings with Greene County in the produced video detailing one of two sets of charges.
But first, the YouTuber simplified all of his pending charges for his followers at home.
According to Hendry in a graphic displayed during the video, he’s facing a level 6 felony out of Sullivan County, Indiana for “intimidation”, a class a misdemeanor out of Greene County for “interference”, then a class b misdemeanor in a second case out of Greene County for “false informing.”
His official mycase.IN.gov page does have the class b misdemeanor out of Greene County for making a false complaint about a law enforcement officer. However, his second set of charges in Greene County are actually for resisting law enforcement/obstruction and unlawful encroachment.
Hendry’s Sullivan County charges do include felony intimidation but also include a class b misdemeanor for disorderly conduct/unreasonable noise and a class a misdemeanor for refusing to leave emergency incident area.
He is set to go to trial on March 10, 2026, for the Sullivan County charges, November 3, 2025, for the Greene County false informing charge, and December 2, 2025, for the remaining Green County charges.
Saturday’s video focused on the Green County false informing charge, as Hendry represented himself at a motion to dismiss hearing on October 30. According to Hendry, he knowingly went into the hearing expecting the government conspiracy against him to continue as the outcome was apparently predetermined.
In his account of events, he had a limited time to put on his case and cross-examine the single state witness as this was a motion to dismiss hearing and not a trial.
That state witness was the police chief who arrested him during the incident if he was 100% sure that his memory of Hendry’s statement was correct. The chief essentially said that nothing is 100%, and Hendry’s demand to strike the testimony of the witness was denied as it was explained that at a pre-trial hearing, statements by the witness are considered to be factual.
Hendry used this ruling to go into a long rant about government and how his trial was unfair as the government was putting him on trial for violating the government’s rules and the outcome of the case was predetermined as he was unwilling to abide by those rules.
Enraged, he complained that he served nine months for charges out of Vermillion County for harassment charges. In that case, which is currently under appeal, he was the true victim of “government overreach.”
The YouTuber then accused “the government” of creating burner e-mail accounts to harass him and to send him death threats. He accused that same “government” of blacklisting him from getting a regular job due to his criminal convictions. He added that he would never bow down and pander to “the government” and slept well at night knowing he told the truth at all times.
He thanked his supporters for their financial help and made a plea for help to get the transcripts from the motion to dismiss hearing. The YouTuber said he could not afford the $60 per hour transcription fees that “the state” was charging for transcription services.
The video did nothing to jump start Hendry’s presence in the crowd sourcing market as SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes took Sunday’s crowd sourcing title with a $55.00 donation to his Help Me Fight These Unlawful Charges & Injustice fund.
Hendry’s motion to dismiss was denied by the court on Friday.
His next pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 3, 2025.
