Jose “Chille” DeCastro returned to aggressive first amendment auditing in the “Koreatown” section of Las Angeles in a recently released video on his main DeleteLawZ channel that was originally a member’s only exclusive.

In the video, DeCastro encountered a line of police cars that were responding to a situation where a robbery suspect was hiding in a nearby building.

DeCastro was approached by an officer who had his gun drawn who asked DeCastro to back up from the scene as he was in danger. The diminutive YouTuber went back and forth with the officer and the officer ultimately decided to put up police tape.

On the video, DeCastro noted the presence of a female officer by using a floating hashtag “pigtail” to insult the officer. This was seen by most observers as a continuation of his characteristic irrational hatred of female police officers, who he has deemed unworthy of serving as police officers.

DeCastro crossed the street to avoid the police tape then became a distraction at the scene as he began to scream that he was suing the officer who put up the tape as he was “chilling” his first amendment rights to record.

The YouTuber stood in the street and began calling the original officer a “little fucking dork” and a “fucking loser.” He then started yelling that he needed the officer’s business card and said that his hoodie identified him as press and seemed to imply that members of the press were granted special powers at crime scenes.

Returning to targeting the original officer that contacted him, the YouTuber began to scream that the officer was young enough to quit the force and do something meaningful with his life.

Addressing his audience, DeCastro said that 95% of police officers don’t have friends outside of the force and he rejected claims that the officers actually cared about the public. He then started mumbling to himself about the police activity, questioning if a robbery was indeed going on.

DeCastro then attempted to walk around the block and was stopped by police again, where he began to rant that police had no duty to protect him. After a jump cut, he returned to the original crime scene, where police were taking down the crime scene tape.

Passing a female police officer, he again displayed the #pigtail hashtag without talking to the officer.

He went on to address officers on scene, looking for the original officer he interacted with. DeCastro made it clear that he was press and it was illegal to block him from recording the incident. He again threatened a lawsuit as he asserted the police violated laws allowing the public to film police in public with a text overly reading “subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions.”

The second half of the same quote, which was not highlighted, went on to read that “the recording must not interfere with police operations or threaten officer or public safety.”

DeCastro’s threat to sue was apparently doomed by his own captioning. At the start of the video, DeCastro was confronted by an officer with his gun drawn, who indicated that DeCastro was in danger with the implication that moving forward into the police operation could threaten officer or public safety.

He eventually caught himself, telling the officer to use the “correct words” to him and apologizing for his “saltiness” as he didn’t like being told what to do. He assured the officer that the police department was filled with “bad cops” and that he would working to strip the police union of the ability to protect those “bad cops” from being fired after investigations into their activities.

Jumping to DeCastro’s Saturday livestream, claimed that Charlie Kirk was a “free speech absolutist” and that he had met Charlie Kirk briefly when he attended a Turning Point USA conference some years ago.

Based on that meeting, DeCastro said that Kirk would have hated what he was seeing in the first of many anti-police and anti-ICE videos of the day, as an ICE agent pepper sprayed a female protester within moments of her screaming in the agent’s face.

DeCastro reminded his fans that protestors had the right to protest, and she had every right to confront ICE agents. He then attacked his own fans who supported the current presidential administration, warning that if they continued to support the current administration, they would be the first to lose their freedom.

The diminutive YouTuber would return to the theme throughout his three-and-a-half-hour livestream on Saturday and would go so far as admitting to burning the so-called “blue line flag” on many occasions in defiance of police.

DeCastro also introduced the idea of “space stations” for drug users who wanted to “safely” take recreational drugs, promising that the idea would be a key element to his eventual run of “government.”

He explained that by providing a “safe” place for the use of drugs, which would be legalized in all cases under his administration, it would keep users from doing the drugs in public spaces where they could otherwise endanger themselves or others.

At the end of the stream, DeCastro promised that change was coming due to next year’s mid-term elections, promising that President Trump would no longer have “unlimited” power.

He also promised that he would stop procrastinating and have his long-promised DeleteLawZ branded baseball caps printed now that he could again afford the production of new merchandise.

The vertical stream brought in $230.00 in super chat (and membership) revenue, peaked at 1,436 concurrent viewers, and had 689 likes and 12 comments to 150,161 overall views as of press time.

DeCastro’s livestream and efforts to present a video exclusive to his members resulted in no new donations towards any of his three associated crowdfunding campaigns. SeanPaul “Long Island Audit” Reyes won Sunday with a $20.00 donation towards his Support The Fight Against Tyranny & Corruption fund.

No other campaigns that we follow received donations for Sunday.
